The picture diagram that comes with this product is utterly useless…now your 0 for 2 leaving out the super minor detail of “how to put your baby in the wrap”. Be better.
The video needs to be updated to reflect the shorter product that you sell these days. I am the same size as your model but can't tighten in the front. (Tying in the back SECURELY is NOT possible since my elbows don't bend backwards...)

Opposite problem here: not long enough and doesn't tie securely. (I am the same size as the model in the video.)
