That Hadith was referring after Antichrist has emerged and when Jesus has descended and ordained Jihad against Antichrist who’s been reported to appear in Korsan region
Their justification is pure ignorance.

That was part of the original Hamas charter in 1988. There was no hadiths, it's all political documents.
