Soundgarden is just like any real talent to come along in the past 25 years. they're insanely talented and they do what they want without conforming to what the corporate media wants, which is why you don't hear anything but their singles on the radio occasionally. they are just one of the many victims of media bc they dont fit in the little box of what people say the should look and sound like.
I wish to wish I dream to dream I try to try and I live to live And I die to die and I cry to cry But I know why Somewhere in my dreams Things that should Still the willow weeps On roses for the dead In laughs of love...
Damn, Ben played that little bass interlude exactly the way it is on the record, exactly the same tone! But why did the camera focus on Chris for it :( And that's the same yellow/red P/J bass he used in the vid for rusty cage. sweet. (can you tell I'm a bassist? :D )
Why does everybody who ever recorded soungarden live always focus on one person? Hello, there's a whole band to be paying attention to! Zoom out and catch them all for pete's sake!
Matt Cameron ..... Easily the MOST underrated drummer of the last 20 years.

Chris is ON FIRE! Probably the most "studio accurate" performance of him, imo. He's not straining, no notes missing or left over. Perfection.
badass song.
this is pretty rare.
A M A Z I N G
BEST BAND EVER.
Definitely one of the best 90's alternative drummers along with Jimmy Chamberlin.
What a song....
Badmotorfinger is one of the best old style heavy metal record that u can hear in your life \m/ !!!
I'd wager their were more like Led Zeppelin at their peak (at least to me). Amazing frontman, legendary drummer, badass guitarist, and crazy bassist.
The bassist was crazy indeed!
Excellent band
so young and talented bigtime, we were golden then 😢🖤💋
RIP Chris
This came up on my gym playlist this morning. Such a banger!
Pfffff...!! ...Somewhere in the dreams That the skies hold Still the willow weeps On roses for her bed In laughs of love....!!!
Thank you for sharing
I would've never guessed they played this live. Awesome find and tyfp
one of the many highlights of badmotorfinger
I wish to wish I dream to dream
I try to try and I live to live
And I die to die and I cry to cry
But I know why
Somewhere in my dreams
Things that should
Still the willow weeps
On roses for the dead
In laughs of love...
Just amazing
In my opinion, one of the top 3 songs on that album. Maybe top 10 between all the albums. Maybe. lol.
Hey just a fact, Matt Cameron pretty much wrote the music for Pearl Jam's new single, The Fixer. Matt's doing just well in Pearl Jam ;)
Thank you so much for uploading this.
veryAWESOME
Agreed!
this was written by the bassist, ben shepherd, if my memory serves correctly
Absolutely right
Chris looks comfortable with them shorts and boots on.
@samarias13 It is also my favorite album of all time... And that's saying a lot.
even got the badmotorfinger tatoo..lol
haha great move at 2:56
He isn't allowed to express his creativity enough in Pearl Jam.....too bad, they are great, but nothing compares to Limo Wreck or My Wave
@loudlove86 Yes. They're like The Beatles of the 90's haha
fuck, you guys sound like rush now

guess this was when they were opening for g n' r?
Holy shit. lmao
Not even close.
he was great in soundgarden. He just doesn't seem great in Pearl Jam
not at all. tons of songs go E to G. I happen to like both soundgarden and JA..
A BLACK SABBATH COPY
Great song but ripped off from JA's "Ocean Size" imo.
Absolutely right
