Great job Rikki! i always loved your drum playing it’s so unique and your truly one of a kind. The way you always present the drums i have always appreciated it. Thanks so much for all the inspiration. I have been a fan of yours since day one. ❤
YES! Love this, Rilki! You've been one of my drumming heros since i was a kid in the 80s. Thanks for the continual inspiration! Hope you do some more drumming content. Again, THANK YOU for ALL the videos you create!
Awesome! This may sound silly? But I’d LOVE to see you turn out some Poison covers. Mainly from Flesh N Blood! Ride the Wind, Something to Believe In, Don’t Give Up an Inch! That way we can see and hear just how the master turned them out back in the day!
Hi rikki, awesome video, I was wondering how many drum sets you have would love to see a video on that topic even if its just pictures of them, I remember a set you played that was dw and it had an alien type head on the bass drum and an eye on the high tom and another eye on the low tom I believe the shells were black and red design , I'm a new subscriber and musician as well, love your content brother !
Every time I hear this song, it reminds me of the Brady bunch movie when Marsha is walking on campus and all the guys are checking her out (including the one lesbian chick) 😂
Loved it! Hey rikki do you still have your kit from the talk dirty to me video.?...i love kit! I call it the robot kit cause it looks like a japanese robot from like gigantor or something....i think its a Pearl. I was curious.....
I love the fact he joined the Yamaha Family (who just happen to 'dollar for dollar', have the best drums and hardware on the Planet) and got away from that other Drum Co. and their bloated prices and absurd sales pitches.
You're posture us so upright. I asked Alex Van Halen's drum tech about his setup and he said his throne was at 18"......what. And his snare is high....I don't get it.
Great playing. Overproduced/modern sounding drums. You have a nice vintage kit. You can make it sound like if it had been recorded in the 60s. Think Glyn Jones. Details, but still... Like I said, loved your playing.
Can you just do a regular video without all that psychedelic background ? It's hard to see and hear the true sound of the drums. By the way, I own one of your Rockett snare drums. Great sounding snare !
Outstanding...................Cheers!
Rikki loved the drumming.
I think this video was done correctly. You gotta have the effects in something like this. Loved it!
Right On!!
Love it my kiddo and I were jammin to it at his dental appt. ❤

Once I uploaded, It looks like synch is slightly off. Not sure if it's worth re-uploading.

That sounded amazing. The drums were spot on!

Nice cover 👌 thanks ... this version of this song reminded me of strawberry alarm clock insens and peppermints ...
Almost as cool as the look what the cat dragged in video 🙂 Keep rockin! 🤘🏻

cool thanks
I play this song with one of my bands, along with 2 Doobie Brothers' songs. We kinda made a medley with these 3 songs. It's pretty cool!
Great job.
Very nice bro
Great tune, was just expecting a drum cover like everyone else, way cool with the sixties visuals. Snare sounds great.
Bravo 👏 I can now picture some heavy band doing a remake of it...
❤
great kit, great video production, i had to mute the sound, not my cupa tea, keep on rocking RR

I like bananarama's take on this song
Great cover, but I Had a hard time paying attention to the kit with those ultra sexy 60s females dancing around. When’s your side band breaking out?
You're posture us so upright.
I asked Alex Van Halen's drum tech about his setup and he said his throne was at 18"......what.

Thank god its not Bananarama ❤

almost gave me a seizure.... way to busy.
Man, BANANARAMA sound dreadful....except for the drums of course.
Sic dude! :)
