I really hope that Sybilt's lore is at least somewhere, because it seems interesting enough. Otherwise, this was a very weird thing to include at the last minute.
there was a lore drop that happened before this outside of the anime. also, I imagine the flavor text would help if we get a Sybilt deck (which seems likely).
