Then the people around her bullied her as she is strange also made her pretend. Pretending 24/7 for the sake of being treated as normal human being, she would be desperate for the emotions. She yearned it as that is the only reason people will treat her normal. A child grew up in that environment will surely become a murder when she got to know a person who made her feels what she want for her entire life. She will not care anyone's lives as long as she got her love who made her feel emotions. If only some that accepted her being without emotions, She may had been a bit better human. Unfortunately there was none who accepted her being her. She may look like her mother but she may not had been like her mother if she is raised properly. Poor Ayano in this ending got killed by the person she loved the most. I hope she get a good life in next life not being a person who will do anything to get what she wants.
Ryoba doesn't expect a happy ending because he's already dropped Sumire, but Ayano hasn't killed anyone yet. It's impossible to kill and be happy, so I also want Ayano to be happy without killing.

I suggest making a video about a neutral ending. It would be interesting. The neutral ending is that Ayano eliminated the rivals in a peaceful way but Senpai rejected her. Ayana gets emotional and she realizes that she doesn't need Senpai Ayano lives a normal life with an average reputation. Also i suggest replace Ayano and Taro into Ayato and Taeko in next concept video, would be interesting.
When I first saw her, I thought she was Taro's mother.A senior woman! I was happy to see the police officer, Shinako, and the journalist who arrested Sonoko in the credits!
I thought it was Ayano (cuz I didn't know who she was supposed to be) until Info Chan texted her about what happened, I then put the pieces together and just got ready for the rejection.

Really this is only a bad ending if you choose to side with Ayano. In reality, she's the villain of this story. She may be the protaganist, but she's most definitely not a good person, and a bad ending for her and Ryoba is the best possible ending for every other character. That's what makes this game so interesting to me. I love games where we get to play as the bad guy, it's a concept that isn't used nearly enough imo

truly, it shouldn't be called a bad ending. just a brutal ending. for ayano and ryoba. and after all, it was a good ending for so many other characters. the headmaster can welcome more students at academi. the journalist is free from mockery and can spend real time with his daughter. jokichi despite got free from ryoba, if i saw correctly, he quite felt sorry for ayano. well, it was his child after all and he could perhaps fix her, prevent her from becoming a murderer. but no, ryoba made her just like her. luckily for female senpai, despite she commited murder, she didn't get death penalty, she got to return to academi and instead of being treated as a dangerous person from the other students, she's quite fine around them. so yeah, it was bad ending for only 2 characters but a good ending for many more. amazing concept, hopefully more like these can come in the future 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

1:05:20 you can really tell that Sanoko was absolutely furious with Ryoba, Because of her criminal manipulation; She disowned the Journalist (Her mentor) because she thought he was only using her to become a celebrity like her and boost his career as a journalist.
I love that everyone else gets a good ending mostly except Jokichi because he legit saw his daughter beheaded. But I feel really bad for ryoba and ayano because even though they deserved what they got theyll never get help for it and be shamed. Ryoba especially when she was crying I felt really bad

Omg I am amazed this is very well written and I feel very bad for Ayanos dad I guess he can move on..but he will never forget his memories with his daughter who he wished just to be normal. On the good side I can feel the journalist and headmaster happiness, they are finally relieved.
I actually kinda like that concept and Yandere Dev had some thoughts about that. I guess it's not fair ending for the player but a fair one for Ayano. It would be cool if YanDev added that to the game. Player could be more careful with choosing elimination methods: not to kill every single rival, and think about something more creative to not traumatise Senpai too much.
A Bad ending yet good at the same time 💗 I wonder how Jokichi will live after being free from his wife 🥺 I don't think it'll be easy for him to date again but I hope he will find love again. It looks painful seeing him sad and crying in Ayano's room 😔 at least everyone got justice from their death.
When we play Yandere Simulator we always think what Yandere Chan is doing is pretty alright , we want the protagonist to win and get a desired ending , yet we all ignore senpai's feelings , realistically the fact that everyone gets the justice , everyone smiles in the end , those who bared, those who didn't , it is very beautiful. The fact that senpai suffered it too , and also the fact that our Yan Chan had a much worse life as well , It was such a masterpiece , you are truly amazing and I loved this movie , thankyou for your time to make this. Of every Yandere Simulator video and concept video I’ve watched, this is probably the best. Despite that this has a bad ending (for Ayano and Ryoba), and a good ending (for everyone), I think it might just be perfect for a movie, because I’ve always wondered what life and Akademi would be like without Ayano (or Ryoba). I’m not saying I hate Yandere Simulator, the game is okay in my opinion, and I have nothing against it. Great job!👍🏾
Out of all the characters I feel bad for. Ayano's father is number one. I feel like he may have been the only one actually caring for Ayano as we can see that he cried in her room. Of course he had Ayano whit a serial killer but that doesnt mean he hated her. He wanted her to be normal, which she wasnt. I feel so horrible for him, after all those time, seeing his only child beheaded must have hurt a lot. Ryoba never seemed like a good mother, I'm not even sure if she cared for Ayano unlike Ayano's father. Ugh...I just hope there is a AU where Ayano is not sick and was on her father's side so atleast he would have someone who was there for him when he had no one but Ryoba.
What if we looked to the opposite end of the spectrum? What if Ayano never relied on Info Chan and ignored her. What if Ayano won Senpai without ever having to take a single life or. Manipulating anyone... Remember the gift mechanic where you could leave gifts and notes on Senpai's desk? What if, depending on the thought put in and the gift Senpai recieved along with the note Ayano wrote, Senpai would fall in love with his secret admirer. Ayano would have to put in a lot of effort on week one to get this ending due to Osana's history with Senpai. If she successfully earns his love on week one, he would reject Osana because of his admirer. Throughout the weeks, Ayano would continue to offer gifts of items and food and notes of advice, encouragement, love and comfort. Senpai would fall deeper in love with her and become obsessed with knowing who his admirer is. If Ayano wishes to make it to week 10 without being revealed, she would have to be extra sneaky and creative with how she leaves her gifts and notes from breaking into Senpai's locker to leaving them at the places he spends most of his time. But when the first 5 weeks are up. Things will get more challenging. Halfway through, Ayano may tell her mother that her Senpai is in love with her and convince her to abandon the Journalist and come home. If Ryoba comes home, she and Jokichi may help Ayano with her future rivals such as helping her gather evidence against the faculty fivals. Realistically resulting in muja's dismissal and Mida's arrest. They could help her with Senpai's gifts, Ryoba maybe even hinting at his admirer's identity to keep him guessing. Reforming the delinquents would help in elimimating Osoro, either by reforming her, befriending her or her getting expelled if Ayano does nothing once the delinquents are reformed. Hanako would hands down need to be befriended. Who else to set up with your big brother than your best friend? And Megami? Well, if no one dies, all Megami will have to say about Ayano is her stalking Senpai. And the moment Megami mentions that. Senpai clicks! The others are initially creeped out by her. But then Senpai pipes up and blurts out something along the lines of 'You're my secret admirer?!' And then. Ayano admits she was admiring him. Which leads others to believe that Megami falsely accused Ayano of stalking because of some reason I can't think of a senario for. Boom, Megami eliminated. And then the ending could be all romantic and stuff, Ayano tries to get away. Senpai gets people to try and stop her. And when he gets to her. Ayano, fearing his anger shys away and all Senpai can do is gaze at her. Taking in the girl he had fallen head over heels for. And then suddenly, he has her look as him. He leans in and kisses her in front of the whole school! They start dating and are the cutest couple in school. The end. Sorry for the long comment. I like going into detail about ideas.
This ending is really good for teako. Maybe she might write about what happened and books about the experience and etc. Yanderdev did say she wanted to be an author --- but on the other side, I feel bad for ayano it’s v bittersweet but gives more depth too teako than just a crush
bro at the beginning when senpai takes the first shot at Ayano, in a few seconds Ayano would have already died, it's not like senpai could do all that dialogue and meanwhile she's still alive, that would be impossible lol
As an Aishi, they are usually too strong (probably due to their incurable condition) enough to last more longer than other normal people with their wounds unless if you destroy their head/brain, heart or you shoot them like indefinite time enough to finish them off
amazing, very well made, this is soo realistic, i totally understand senpai's rage towards ayano leading the homicide, and her mother who was the actual villain got caught and executed giving justice to many victims who didnt deserve to die, i love the details you added, sonoko, the journalist reuniting with his daughter, really amazing job done but i feel bad for ayano as she was born with a condition and only senpai made her feel true emotions, ayano in truth never wanted to kill anyone easily, but her mother is the actual villain here... hoping dev would see this, hats of to you 👏👏👏

The fact that they literally brought her corpse to them instead of putting her body in a morgue and taking them there is a bit messed up if you think about it.
So since Ayano and her mother Ryoba are both dead, what's gonna happen with Jokichi? The former husband of Ryoba and former father of Ayano? Will he marry another woman? I'm sure he'll find another lady to marry that is not like his former wife. And as for senpai AKA Taro, I'm sure he'll find another girl to date that is not a psychopath unlike Ayano. Maybe there's an aftermath after this?
I haven't watched the whole thing yet but I'm half way through and I've been hoping that there is a part where taeko finds out abt ayano's condition and her past and that you get to see taeko's reaction I might edit this after I've finished watching this

They could eliminate them peacefully if they interfered so much, even if only by lowering the reputation of the rivals or having the rivals kicked out of school. I believe that Ayano and Ryoba dying totally deserve it.I understand the state of emptiness and all that, but... that doesn't take away the fact that they were guilty. A esa chica una vez se le muestra la foto con la acusación de "esta chica le está contando cosas de ti para que te bullen más" pierde toda su sanidad y si le das un arma la va a matar de frente. Entonces llegamos a este punto donde la estabilidad mental de senpai pende de un hilo y cualquier cosa la podría derivar a un homicidio. Entonces sería por decirlo de algún modo interesante que de hecho ayano no se haya deshecho de nadie de forma letal pero estas personas hayan terminado muriendo de todas formas en circunstancias misteriosas (por ejemplo hay un concepto donde info-chan asesina a ayano, así que podría ser algo así) y que hayan juntado "evidencia"(fotos sospechosas de ayano cerca o junto a las rivales, aunque ella realmente no este haciendo nada letal) y se las haya enviado a senpai con la frase "ella estuvo allí antes de sus muertes" aunque esto no sea esto y como senpai ya estoy muy mal esto rompe por completo su estabilidad y termina asesinando brutalmente a ayano (quién en este punto sería técnicamente inocente de todo crimen) y después se enterasen gracias a testigos que durante el momento del asesinato ayano se encontraba en otros sitios y ella no pudo ser la asesina y darse cuenta que mato a alguien - casi- completamente inocente lo cual derivaría en otro mental breakdown xd
If Taeko appears instead of Taro, why didn't you put: Ayato and Male Rivals ? Now that Ryoba and Ayano are dead, Jokichi and Ryoba's parents/Ayano's grandparents will make a severe depression because their daughter/granddaughter are dead.
I really like this concept however senpai shouldn’t be set free after brutally murdering Ayano, even if they “meant no harm”, that’s not really how things work,, the only thing I would change is that senpai would be in jail because they shouldn’t just be let off the hook

I think so. The consequence is they would never be able to have a stealthy life anymore. They would be probably forced to kidnap their love since they will realize their true nature and hide for the rest of their life as you can see what happened in the video.

Out of all the characters I feel bad for. Ayano's father is number one. I feel like he may have been the only one actually caring for Ayano as we can see that he cried in her room. Of course he had Ayano whit a serial killer but that doesnt mean he hated her. He wanted her to be normal, which she wasnt. I feel so horrible for him, after all those time, seeing his only child beheaded must have hurt a lot. Ryoba never seemed like a good mother, I'm not even sure if she cared for Ayano unlike Ayano's father. Ugh...I just hope there is a AU where Ayano is not sick and was on her father's side so atleast he would have someone who was there for him when he had no one but Ryoba.
What if we looked to the opposite end of the spectrum? What if Ayano never relied on Info Chan and ignored her. What if Ayano won Senpai without ever having to take a single life or. Manipulating anyone... Remember the gift mechanic where you could leave gifts and notes on Senpai's desk? What if, depending on the thought put in and the gift Senpai recieved along with the note Ayano wrote, Senpai would fall in love with his secret admirer. Ayano would have to put in a lot of effort on week one to get this ending due to Osana's history with Senpai. If she successfully earns his love on week one, he would reject Osana because of his admirer. Throughout the weeks, Ayano would continue to offer gifts of items and food and notes of advice, encouragement, love and comfort. Senpai would fall deeper in love with her and become obsessed with knowing who his admirer is. If Ayano wishes to make it to week 10 without being revealed, she would have to be extra sneaky and creative with how she leaves her gifts and notes from breaking into Senpai's locker to leaving them at the places he spends most of his time. But when the first 5 weeks are up. Things will get more challenging. Halfway through, Ayano may tell her mother that her Senpai is in love with her and convince her to abandon the Journalist and come home. If Ryoba comes home, she and Jokichi may help Ayano with her future rivals such as helping her gather evidence against the faculty fivals. Realistically resulting in muja's dismissal and Mida's arrest. They could help her with Senpai's gifts, Ryoba maybe even hinting at his admirer's identity to keep him guessing. Reforming the delinquents would help in elimimating Osoro, either by reforming her, befriending her or her getting expelled if Ayano does nothing once the delinquents are reformed. Hanako would hands down need to be befriended. Who else to set up with your big brother than your best friend? And Megami? Well, if no one dies, all Megami will have to say about Ayano is her stalking Senpai. And the moment Megami mentions that. Senpai clicks! The others are initially creeped out by her. But then Senpai pipes up and blurts out something along the lines of 'You're my secret admirer?!' And then. Ayano admits she was admiring him. Which leads others to believe that Megami falsely accused Ayano of stalking because of some reason I can't think of a senario for. Boom, Megami eliminated. And then the ending could be all romantic and stuff, Ayano tries to get away. Senpai gets people to try and stop her. And when he gets to her. Ayano, fearing his anger shys away and all Senpai can do is gaze at her. Taking in the girl he had fallen head over heels for. And then suddenly, he has her look as him. He leans in and kisses her in front of the whole school! They start dating and are the cutest couple in school. The end.

This ending is really good for teako. Maybe she might write about what happened and books about the experience and etc. Yanderdev did say she wanted to be an author --- but on the other side, I feel bad for ayano it’s v bittersweet but gives more depth too teako than just a crush
bro at the beginning when senpai takes the first shot at Ayano, in a few seconds Ayano would have already died, it's not like senpai could do all that dialogue and meanwhile she's still alive, that would be impossible lol

As an Aishi, they are usually too strong (probably due to their incurable condition) enough to last more longer than other normal people with their wounds unless if you destroy their head/brain, heart or you shoot them like indefinite time enough to finish them off

amazing, very well made, this is soo realistic, i totally understand senpai's rage towards ayano leading the homicide, and her mother who was the actual villain got caught and executed giving justice to many victims who didnt deserve to die, i love the details you added, sonoko, the journalist reuniting with his daughter, really amazing job done

This... is just the saddest thing I've ever watched that is related to Yandere Sim. Ayano and Ryoba dying... they didn't deserve this ending. Its not their fault that they had the Aishi condition
Their condition is no excuse for this. They ruined the lives lots of innocent girls who had their whole lives ahead of them. They could eliminate them peacefully if they interfered so much, even if only by lowering the reputation of the rivals or having the rivals kicked out of school. I believe that Ayano and Ryoba dying totally deserve it.I understand the state of emptiness and all that, but... that doesn't take away the fact that they were guilty.

I know, they killed some people but i think it would be better for them to be with their Senpais and stop killing for them. Sería interesante un plot twist del tipo que después de ver y recibir todas las pruebas se enteraran que de hecho ayano no se deshizo de ninguna rival de forma letal, me explico:
Se acuerdan de esa chica bulleada a la cual se puede usar para deshacerse de osana si le mostramos una foto de ella y musume hablando? A esa chica una vez se le muestra la foto con la acusación de "esta chica le está contando cosas de ti para que te bullen más" pierde toda su sanidad y si le das un arma la va a matar de frente.
Entonces llegamos a este punto donde la estabilidad mental de senpai pende de un hilo y cualquier cosa la podría derivar a un homicidio. Entonces sería por decirlo de algún modo interesante que de hecho ayano no se haya deshecho de nadie de forma letal pero estas personas hayan terminado muriendo de todas formas en circunstancias misteriosas (por ejemplo hay un concepto donde info-chan asesina a ayano, así que podría ser algo así) y que hayan juntado "evidencia"(fotos sospechosas de ayano cerca o junto a las rivales, aunque ella realmente no este haciendo nada letal) y se las haya enviado a senpai con la frase "ella estuvo allí antes de sus muertes" aunque esto no sea esto y como senpai ya estoy muy mal esto rompe por completo su estabilidad y termina asesinando brutalmente a ayano (quién en este punto sería técnicamente inocente de todo crimen) y después se enterasen gracias a testigos que durante el momento del asesinato ayano se encontraba en otros sitios y ella no pudo ser la asesina y darse cuenta que mato a alguien - casi- completamente inocente lo cual derivaría en otro mental breakdown xd

I think so. The consequence is they would never be able to have a stealthy life anymore. They would be probably forced to kidnap their love since they will realize their true nature and hide for the rest of their life as you can see what happened in the video.
