Sakayangi's Father Chainman Sakayangi also told her at that time, that Ayanokouji is a normal kid as his father and mother weren't anything exceptional. But Sakayanagi Arisu was different since she inherited her mom's genes. Sakayanagi's mom waw very intelligent.

The second season (if it comes) will suffer the same fate as Murder on the Orient Express. It is a more like a reading material. Anime won't work. Well of course volume 7 is an exception. The manga isn't even properly up to date with the novel. English translation for manga is midway through volume 4 and the Novel is on Volume 18. The manga is way too far behind if you want to know what happens after the Anime.
