PhysiQUEST

This video was awarded first place in the Youth Voices Get Active video competition.
Before this, I had a small interest in video-making but never really pursued it because I had no ideas I liked and lacked motivation. My teacher posted the competition on the google classroom and I instantly wanted to take part, as the prompt inspired me.
I was aware of the huge lack of physical activity and thought I could hit two birds with one stone. Inspiring and educating people on tips on how to do more physical activity in a fun way, and also pursue video-making.
