i reckon wait it out if u can! my macbook did last long/is still working pretty well compared to my past windows-powered laptops 😅 but since i do use my laptop a lot for video editing and sometimes programming, it just wasn’t cutting it enough for me after 5 years 😅 i think continue watching review videos, see the pros and cons of this laptop to see if u defs need the upgrade !
def don't change ur mac if u've only had it for 4 years!! there's one thing abt apple products is their longevity, my ipad is from 2014 and it works perfectly fine, yes maybe some apps aren't accessible BUT if u're craving for some kind of renovation u can re-do ur desktop or get a case for ur mac (from burga or amazon) (*ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)ꕤ*.ﾟ
@@loveactionalyssa ooo thanks, I'm very divided about the screen, I will buy it for university + future, since I have a degree in graphic design and I don't know if the 14 is enough screen or if I should go for 16, It will be a great investment, my last Asus gaming computer has lasted until now and still works but it is time for a change.
hmm personally i went for 14inch as it was good enough for me! i found 16inch to be quite heavy. also i already have a 32 inch external monitor which i connect to my laptop, so if u have a second monitor then 14inch shouldn’t be a problem
that was my current setup with my 2017 macbook pro but tht was not enough for me 😅 but then again that was with intel chip and not an apple silicon M chip so maybe its more optimised now? 🤔 i reckon if u can talk to a apple specialist online/in-store or find a yt review with those specs u wa then that can help u decide

well, my budget is not enough for buying m4 pro. Will only m4 with 16gb ram and 512 storage is okay? I'm learning about graphic design and code
