What that means is not having sex with anyone else, besides your wife or husband and not doing so until you are married. Anyone doing that in my faith is almost always immediately excommunicated from the church. The only way someone can get back in after doing that, is if they go through a repentance process. Luckily enough for me, when my bishop found out me and my wife, who at that time was my fiancé was having sex, he did not excommunicate me and I was still able to fulfill my duties in the church. He told me that we needed to get married and I told him that at the time we didn't have the money for a marriage license and he gave us $65 for our marriage license. We got it. We got married and we have been very happy since. Plus please do not laugh at me like that again, because I am autistic and due to that reason, I am highly extremely sensitive.
