Finally someone who understands how brilliant the Pocahontas part is. People are scared to talk about our Indigenous issues because they don't know how to understand their part in the current issues. That or they don't want to admit that forcibly making nations on this land was wrong in the first place. We aint ready for that conversation still I guess tho.

lotta people don’t seem to grasp the first sentence he sings when he starts out.. what it means. if what Disney expresses is the overall truth, unfortunately a lot of it is truth. pretty sure he did his research, this wasn’t just made up on the spot lol
