How to Make an Aperol Spritz

(I know summer is practically over at this point 🤦🏾‍♂️ I shot this video weeks ago, but with wedding planning, I just now got around to editing it!)
Originating in Italy in 1919, the Aperol Spritz is fantastic for activating the appetite before a nice meal on a warm summer day!
3 oz (90 ml) Prosecco
2 oz (60 ml) Aperol
1 oz (30 ml) Club Soda
Garnish: Orange Slice
Add the prosecco, Aperol, and club soda to a wine glass filled with ice and stir.
Garnish with an orange slice.

Same! I think it especially pairs well with orange/pineapple/etc. juice since it balances out the sweetness from said juice!
