This is excellent and exactly what I have been trying to create. I have an issue though as when I push the start button the timer doesnt count down. I can no longer adjust the time or change the ss, mm or hh though it simply doesnt count down. I have tried for hours to fix this with no luck so if you have any ideas please let me know. Thank you.

This works like a charm. But is this timer accurate ? Will it work properly for an hour ?. Just asking. All other videos on this topic are too much scrap and complex. Sometime the code doesn't fit for all models. But this is good.

where the code for the timer works, I do not have anything showing on the LCD. any thought where to look for my error? The LCD Pot seems to adjust contrast as well. since i am newer, i may be missing something obvious.

I think the button is working but there no display in lcd . I pretty sure that the lcd is working coz I tried 8 many time in hello world display
