- Heffron Drive has been so good to their fans over the past year. After going on tour and releasing TWO studio albums, we can safely say that they’ve won our hearts at least three times over!
When Kendall Schmidt and Dustin Belt gave us the okay to head into their music making HQ, we were trembling with excitement. We had no idea what to expect!
When we got there, Kendall showed us the recording process, explained how a song was layered, and the two gave us an in-depth look into making Happy Mistakes Unplugged.

Their decision to go indie is the coolest thing. Especially for Kendall who came from BTR. He didn't even run after and beg some big record labels to release his songs.
