@@iolanndaa you got this!!! After my solo trip to NYC in the summer, I decided to actually move here on my own. Doing the solo trip was the perfect first step to prove to myself that I was capable. My therapist told me this and it changed how I live life- she said, "you will be safe, because you keep yourself safe." A lot of my anxiety came from fear of being a target and feeling vulnerable being alone somewhere new... her saying this to me helped me realize that I always take care of myself and I make sure I stay safe because I got my own back ❤ I would never let anything bad happen to me. I hope this idea can alleviate some of your stress. You will have a blast in NYC. I felt extremely comfortable walking around alone here- there are people everywhere, and they really are very kind/helpful. This city is full of independent badass women living their lives solo: #1 tip is to put on your RBF when walking in the dark, that's what we all do 😂😁💕💕 Wishing you the best of luck!
