But your health can not be improved by eating it. And there is no healthy sugar. Sugar is sugar. All sugar increases your glycemic load. None of it improves your health. Claiming that a particular chocolate product is not as bad as other chocolate products is one thing, but claiming it improves your health is laughable. If health is your goal, not eating it is even one step better. What's worse, is that 70% of the world’s cocoa beans come from four West African countries: Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria and Cameroon and that industry is mostly child labor in inhuman working conditions. I stopped buying chocolate for that reason.
Funny thing is fat is good for you and sugar is absolute garbage you don't need. But these people don't understand that, they're still peddling the hugely-debunked 70's myth that fat is bad, full stop. Where in reality too much is bad but you absolutely need it to live, unlike sugar.
