You might have tried everything but try 2 apples, spinach cucumber celery avocado You may need a juicer and a blender juice all the apples spinach cumber together and blend the avocado with the juice stick to it. there's a place in Markham called Jian Hing. fresh fish, fresh beef in all sorts, frozen proteins too, fresh fruits and Nigerian type ingredients ( palm oil and so on) good thing is they are very very good prices and worth and they don't charge GST just HST and sometimes none. it's been a game changer. I go once a month.
In London, Plumstead have great deals for bulk shoppers. So people from outside London actually come in once in 2 months for meats and other grains in bulk and then share when they get back to their residential cities. Happy our people now realise not everyone in England lives in the Capital City of 'London'. 💯🎯🤣

I wanted to say the same thing. There are “you pick” farms where a large bag of tomatoes is about $25, Rodo is $30, and Tatase is about $40 and you can use it for the year. I still have rodo from last year. There’s also a point and kill goat farm for $180. They’ll prep and clean it.
