Ingredients:
½ tsp fennel seeds

½ tsp pepper corn

1/4 nutmeg

1 kg mutton/ chicken/ your choice of meat
½ tsp turmeric powder
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup curd
coriander leaves
mint leaves
2 golden fried onions
1 cup oil
Rice:
3-4 liter water
2-3 bay leaves
1-3 cinnamon stick
3-4 cardamom
3-4 cloves
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp salt
4-5 green chillies
4 -5 cup sella rice or biryani rice ( I'm using 4 Cups )
