Yes, I think langugage restriction should not be there. If you are comfortable in Urdu you can talk in Urdu or if comfortable in English, you can talk in English. Or even mix them both. Language is just the medium, only knowledge should matter and certain other necessary things should matter.
Our national language is Urdu AlhamdoliAllah , Urdu should be our first priority in our government offices
