I would bet those PA girls know all about Sammy and his quick hands. You guys have a beautiful park full of great "man toys" to play with. I worked CAT 33 yrs in Decatur, IL and drove all of the products produced at that facility. I even drove the first 777 of the line in 1978/9. I also used to run around in the strip mines over in Indiana. During my early days at CAT I went over to a mine at Dugger, Indiana. A friend of my Dad was an operator on a 150 yd Marion walking drag line and he my Dad they had a double D-9 on trial. I tracked it down and was taking pictures. The operator was spreading topsoil. He stopped to see what I was doing. (That was "private property). He invited my up for a ride. After about an hour and a hundred questions from me, He decided I should try the controls.. WOW. It had a 20' blade in front of those two D-9's. There were 64 wires running from the right tractor to the left tractor to control all the solenoids that made it work. It was a blast. Later Big Daddy Sam

Well that was very entertaining I’m glad put the link up and I’m a subscriber now so I’m looking forward to your channel. BTW I absolutely love your Mack I’ve never driven that model but I would in a heartbeat. I agree the the other post the two of you working together is really fun to watch.
Shake hands with danger..... believe it or not I was just watching that video last week and showing it to my son. They showed our class that video in the early 80s at the start of our Vo-Tech class.Ive riuned some boots by using my foot for a hammer like that.
Enjoy watching all this stuff I spent some time in the Army running rough terrain fork lifts and really enjoyed it except that it was in Vietnam. I don't know who your third hand is, but he is really ready to jump in and help finish things. Please give him some cred he deserves it. I'm hooked on Matts channel and now this one too. Stay safe and keep posting! A lot of us old guys that can't do this stuff very well anymore really enjoy watching!
Way to go Sam! Love the old school blade attachment. Next time find a gin pole on the front of an old truck or use a tree limb! History man! Cute kid too! Nothing in the world like being a Dad!
Awight, Matt says he's 6-2, trying to guestimate in that frame where he's standin' in front... the top of the damn tracks are almost to his shoulders!!! Thang's a Monster!
CW McCall “When I tell you to put a rock under the wheel I mean ROCK! now look at that what you got there, no bigger than a grapefruit” 😂😂😂 they lost the whole You drive em Army jeep car right over the cliff.
How ironic and representative of a true past. In evolution the previous dominant species reinforces the need for the growth and improvement while undermining their own. Here we see a cable machine assembling the tools that will see it made antiquated and even likely slated for destruction, Imagine how many steam machines assembled their successors or the amount of machine tools driven by a steam power and band drive that participated in the processes creating their dedication to the scrap heap. The slide rules that began the math to design the plc. You n Matt should immortalize such with still imagery dressed in decade appropriate attire like the train conductor who once shouted his command to the engineer and seen no more save for the few bastions of museums and short rails that run dotted across the country,
Are u sure u and matt aren't brothers(step bros) separated at birth ? 🤔 😂 its good to have great friends u can rely on, i bet u two are atleast in each others videos 1/4 to 1/3 of the time, helping each other out, sometimes helping someone else out !!
besides you taking a bit of a bath, with the oil, was a great video. strange how the ending of your video, and then ending of Matt's video both messed up towards the end. HUMMM>>> Great video, wait on the next one, and Love when you and Matt work together.
Despite the hard work and muddy conditions, it looked like you guys were having fun. After the battery hook-up, remind me NOT to ask you to do anything electrical for me! 🤣 Would like to know how long it actually took you to put the blade and everything together. Cheers, Peter
What's the story on the Bucyrus hydraulic excavator on the hill? It looks like it was moved ahead a bit but never took a bite. Really enjoy your content.
That machine has been at the show for a few years and is a neat piece of history. Check out this old video of it running! ruclips.net/video/Egl2rPyZrsI/видео.htmlsi=lJAZxDZBeJ2H2MOe

I saw the TD25 at Brownsville last weekend and was wondering who's it was, now I know. Graet job on demostrating how to use a shovel as a crane.
Great video Sam ,pretty slick the way you guys installed the blade!
Nobody realizes that the most fun you can have up at the showgrounds is when the show is not happening lol
Great teamwork and shake hands with danger video, cheers from down under
I love that all youtube HD mechanics are familiar with Shake Hands with Danger.
"Do we fall off it or get squished by it?"
"Yes."

That's an awesome dozer, good trade in my opinion, I'm also glad I'm not the only guy that uses "portable batteries" for everything 🤣
Well that was very entertaining I’m glad put the link up and I’m a subscriber now so I’m looking forward to your channel.

CW McCall “When I tell you to put a rock under the wheel I mean ROCK! now look at that what you got there, no bigger than a grapefruit” 😂😂😂 they lost the whole You drive em Army jeep car right over the cliff.
ahaha i love that song
Scrappy and mat. Great work together and a great team.
That's a beautiful machine
The ground ginger in the toolbox is an old timers substitute for easy start. Go easy, though, you don't want to make it sneeze/
Very interesting I’ve never heard that!
Does Ginger Brandy work
Probably, Denis, as long as it's directed to the correct orifice.@@dennisholst4322
That is a beast. Beautifully filmed. 👏👏🇦🇺😁
Nice machine
The ground ginger can be used to stop a coolant leak
I liked Matts lasso attempt... Very camp!
That old 25 in tidy condition . .turbo. injectors .pump. tidy up .cheers
You guys work good together..
Enjoy the video on the TD25C .
Good job guys
My dad had a TD20c he bought new to go mining in 1972, it looks like its big brother, TD15c is almost identical to the 20 too
Who knew Matt was a surfer dude 😅👍🏻🏴
Going by the book

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed watching
Hey look Matt can surf!
Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, I just thought you were a electrical savant the way you dissected schematics. Great videos!
Thanks! And no I am not an electrical engineer lol
Team make in scrapyard heaven. 😉
I definitely support blade installs with shovels at either of the Brownsville’s . Let’s see what you can trade up for next
Time to seek out Area Diesel Service for your turbo and injectors.
Don’t you worry the turbo is currently there lol

Hey is that dozer caterpillar that they sold international, is that why it has the international on it? Great videos

She's a real smoker!
Hopefully we van turn that smoke into more power soon!
Gotta ask, could that be the Semi Suoervillians in the background? 😎
MM77 Approved 👍🏼👍🏼
Tell Matt he needs to bend his knees when he surfs. Bad Form. Great dozer!!!
Hi guys from Victoria Australia 🇦🇺

I don't know what you plan to use that tractor for,but I'm sure you will find it most capable of anything.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the turbo. Those 817’s are natural born smokers. I ran a TD25 for years and she smoked just like that
So I am guessing her name is Ginger, awesome video ..
Were you at the Steam Show? How come you put the blade on there; did you not have the right equipment/number of hands at home?
nothing like big tools
I am surprised that you didn't sing a duet while installing that blade

Hey Sam, I recently saw some guy's video on turbos and if memory serves me correct, he had his repaired at Area Diesel. Might check them out.
Planning on having them rebuild it!
@@ScrappyIndustries 😁
what year is that TD25? I came from Matts channel so I had to sub!!
The shovel operator would have made my grandfather from West Virginia proud. I am a coal miner's grandson. No I do not sing.
Good video.
Thank you!
Never heard of cooking on top of an engine
