Loved the entire video as usual...
I felt two points quite deeply:-
1. We should not keep expectations from anyone & anything in this materialistic world.
2. We should not just keep on thinking about what ill any person has done to us. We should contemplate more on what good he has done to us.
We keep expectations from people who we think are close to us. And when those expectations are not fulfilled we get hurted and in most of the cases it leads to anger and a huge crack in the relationship.
I still remember my 10th class, when I wanted to choose JEE field instead of NEET, but my parents got me choose NEET. I knew they were choosing it for my good but still that grudge was there which later on led to bitterness in relationship with my parents. I didn't use to talk properly . A healthy relationship needs proper conversation which I had stopped with them. But now I regret a lot. I had become so blind in my wishes that I kept on hurting them. I forgot what they had been doing to me since my childhood. Now it feels I shouldn't have done that... Additionally parents are so loving that they keep on forgiving us for whatever mistakes we do.
Expectations are the main reason for getting hurted. And expectations cannot be easily removed. It can only be removed by developing a strong relationship with Kṛṣṇa.

How to forgive myself, if I have hurt someone unintentionally???.... If someone hurts me, I ask Krishna to heal me, and I get healed💙, but this time ..someone is hurted because of me, and this is hurting me.😔

Sab theek hai fir bhi anxiety rehti hai. God has been kind so far. I am blessed with a wonderful family but still there in anxiety. There is a strange search somewhere. Many thanks for the wonderful videos. Meri strategy hai ki jo mujhe hurt karta hain ya let down karta hain main gradually withdraw kar Leti hoon. After some time it does not matter.
