McConnell AFB used to have B-1's back in the 90's. They moved up to Ellsworth AFB. Now it is KC-135's until the new KC tankers are put into service.
They were a popular 4th of July flyover for all the small towns around Wichita.
Where I live occasionally you can hear the F-16's that come up from Tulsa. They do maneuvers East of where I live. You can hear them turning, the roar of the engine is loud and they are several miles away. Over the last 10-15 years a couple of them have crashed in farm fields.
We still have B-1 and still use them (trust me they fly over my house way to many times)
I live in Wichita and miss the big steel and the fighters. F-16, f-4. We got plenty of tankers and and a few awacs that fly thru
You would never ever pull an aircraft up that close to the exhaust now all of a B1B. Very bad things would happen to your engine to include over temp and failure.

Have loved this plane from the "git" bu it was plagued by its NOE system and engine problems early on. Finally proved itself in the second middle eastern theater of operations. North American, Rockwell was the contractor.

B-1s are also stationed at Ellsworth AFB in western South Dakota, Aswell as I, do believe there is one station in Texas.
As a former USAF crew member, might I suggest having the B1-B (Heavy Bomber) take-off last as the wake turbulence will roll smaller, fighter-sized aircraft into the dirt wen they take-off in slow formation OR wait 30 seconds after the B1 initiates take-off roll. Not only that, but the thrust from the B1 engines can flip light and medium weight aircraft. I know these phenomena are not designed into DCS, but being just because the game allows stupidity, doesn't mean a person should be stupid.

Speaking of incidence I probably shouldn't say it can't be changed.. since that's not exactly the truth. Fun fact the f-8 crusader had a variable-incidence wing. It would be much better to say angle between the chord line of the wing at the fuselage and the fuselage’s longitudinal axis.

I was stationed in Oman where we flew B-1b into Afghanistan at the start of the war. They are so loud the sim doesn't really do them justice.

The A-6 is planned, by RAZBAM (a third party develloper). And I think the F-8 Crusader is also on a to-do list. But I don't expect those in the next 2 years.

If the B1 is of interest to you you might find the B-58 B-70 Valkyrie of interest, as well....these fast bombers were before the technological breakthrough of SAMS.....

another good one. May I suggest a distinct paint job? Something like the allies did in WW2 with 3 white stripes for the Normandy invasion. Or yellow noses as the Germans did. You can do something like yellow or orange wing tips or tails. That way you won't have to wonder who's friendly or not in the heat of battle. You are becoming quite famous around the world with all that destruction you leave behind wherever you go. Might as well show off your colors.

I was thinking you could have a distinct color scheme for Grim Reapers. Like Blue Angels, Red Arrows, Thunderbirds. etc.
yep, I know about that. I was just suggesting some sort of distinct and squadron identifying color scheme that is visible and recognized by all in the squadron while at distance. Then you can customize to satisfy viewer pledge markings but the background colors stay the same. something like this :

What about doing another chemical weapons capture/destruction video, but instead of bombing a convoy that is transporting, you have to escort several c-130s or c-17s carrying paratroopers [who are responsible for capturing the WMDs, thus not gassing a village] to a storage location? Though I have no idea if this is even possible in the game.
Interesting idea ;-) I don't know the mission editor well enough to know if such a mission would be possible.

at low altitude iit is subsonic..................at high altitude mach 1.25. Basically you are looking at a bandaid between the B-52 and the B-2.

it definitely is NOT subsonic, but it can't do Mach 2.5 due to the stealth paint coating

Bear Nicholas: B-1B is supersonic with a max speed of mach 1.25. Not as fast as the mach 2.5 A model, but still supersonic.
The biggest change made from the the B-1A to the B-1B were the engine intakes. The B-1A had variable intakes, which are designed to keep shock waves away from the compressor face of the engine, allowing it to reach speeds up to Mach 2.22. The B-1B had a few aerodynamic tweaks to reduce radar cross section, and the main one was the fixed intakes with baffle vanes to shield the compressors of the engines from radar.

DCS doesn't have a professional-grade F-16 module, yet. And the only mod I found is just a tweaked and model-swapped Su-25.

It's a shame really, I would love a full-fidelity F-16 module. But then again, on the Eagle Dynamics forum there are some very interesting screenshots of a work-in-progress F-16 cockpit, which show that at least at some point, they were working on a DCS F-16 module. There is a huge demand from the fans to have a flyable F-16, and my guess is the project was just put into the fridge because of technical reasons, and will be resumed once the F/A-18C module is released. There are quite a few modules that are waiting for that, including a third-party F-15E :)
