I recently got a bottle of reflection 45, it is devine, my favourite in my collection. The quality is superb, scent is absolutely beautiful and it just keeps going, it lasts all day.
Respect for actually covering those comments and doing so truthfully. I was aware that Amouage had sent those travel sprayers to more than a handful of RUclipsrs, for example I've seen Justin Copeland mention them before.
i really connect with you Chris when you have enjoyed a travel spray or a decant and it seems so clear that you want the bottle, happened to me with some frags of my collection and when you finally get it, that moment is priceless, becomes a treasure. Greetings!

Smelled this at a duty-free counter at Heathrow... two days later, which was yesterday btw, I had a friend that was still in the UK pick it up for me and bring it back home.. instant love. Signature worthy, but with insane depth and longevity, and in one of the prettiest perfume bottles I've ever had.
Picking it up from him today, which makes two of us having a Reflection Thursday, hahahah :D

I love this fragrance. Just got it. How many sprays did you use when you went out with it that night? Not sure if I should spray light or a bunch the way Curly likes to with this concentration.

If a perfumer makes something truly special, I think its always worth the money.
My most complimented fragrance in my journey so far amongst all the niche and designers is surprisingly Le Male Le Parfum, which I wouldn't say I liked when I bought it on release day; I ended up selling it. Then a few months ago, I met a friend who is a well-known 'player.' 🤐 and he smelt amazing! Everywhere he went, it just wafted from him, and it lasted hours as well. When he told me it was Le Male Le Parfum, I was like, no way, I well underestimated this juice, so I bought myself a bottle, and I am not joking; I have had non-stop compliments from women of all ages everywhere I go. When I went to the bar at my local Spoons (All the brits will know what that is, lol), the girl behind the bar was like, "OMG, YOU SMELL AMAZING!" another night out clubbing everywhere I went, I had women and younger ladies always telling me I smell amazing. Even travelling a whole day and putting it on in the morning, come late afternoon, the woman at the coffee shop was like, "Your aftershave smells amazing"!
Stopppittt lol everytime I hear stuff like this it makes me wanna bring my bottle back out. I sat it bc I couldn’t stand it’s blandness, haven’t worn it in almost a year. Are you telling me I need to give it another shot???!!
@@blankmandastankman mate, do it for a few days. Trust me; I even sold my first bottle because I thought it was poor longevity and an underwhelming scent... As a fraghead, I wouldn't make up these reactions as I have nothing to gain by lying about it 😂 but yeah, it's true; women love it. I've been in my local bar and have had 18-year-olds saying, "that guy smells well nice", to 40+-year-old women saying to their friends, "he smells nice!"

@@blankmandastankman , I've worn it on very hot days when we have had a heatwave in the UK, morning and evening, and I think it projects just as good if not better.

After 12+ hours friend asked me what's that nice smell 🙄 I even forgot what I sprayed that morning. Couldn't smell it anymore and then it hit me - Reflection 45. Must mention it was a decant from just opened bottle. I would like to hear somebody's impressions who got this fragrance for month. It's heavy oiled,need to macerate but does projection get better during time?
Here we mainly buy from Online sellers and Reflection 45 at price of 240 euros. I think it's a good deal.

You are correct, mate , 100% compliments magnet, i did wear this last Friday ,and sure thing, i did receive 5 compliments from women that night,today is Monday and my clothes still smelling reflection 45

I don't really worry about the price if I really like it. People pay crazy amounts to eat food that is only momentarily enjoyed

I do think its a bit different when you're around total fragheads.. I'm sure it smelled good though!
I think the difference is they are more likely to mention it. I’m sure non fragheads love it just as much but they’re less likely to say anything.

Having the interlude 53 I can tell you they are worth their price. It's much better blended the the regular line up for extra quids next up for me is epic

I've never cared for Reflection Man. The florals are a little too feminine for me. I may have to try Reflection 45 if it has Iris and is more earthy.

Reflection 45 is indeed very good. I probably will replace my current reflection with this at some point. But I agree original is much more laid back version of 45. Good vid.

I bought a sample of Reflection Man and liked it, but the opening smelled like a first aid medical kit and too me, I didn’t like that! So does Reflection 45 have that same medical kit smell?
Thankfully I don’t have a medi kit association with either! 🤕
I've got r45, for me, it's a big miss. I think it's it's clery sage. Cuz I love lavender.. it's also got 2 bottles of black iris, 3 of interlude AND an interlude 53 as well. 53 is the best. And I can basically wear interlude for the rest of my life.

Hawas gets me compliments like crazy and it’s a cheapy. Layering Creed Aventus Cologne with Virgin Island water is compliments galore.

If the original Reflection Man had similarities with JPL Le Male, maybe Reflections 45 has similarities with Le Male Le Parfum, which is Le Male with added sweetness and Iris?

I agree, 400 quid is a ridiculous amount of money for a fragrance, cant dispute that. However I also agree that people spend a lot more on other hobbies that may not last as long, smart phones spring to mind. If you have a smart phone that does what you need it to do nobody needs the newest phone just because the screen folds in half or it holds prestige in brand equity, but people still spend more than 400 quid on a new phone... For me though reflection man didn't really do it, I found it a bit too ho hum.. So I wont be investing,, i like Sunshine man, beach hut man both of which i own along with a few select fragrances from Roja, Nishane and Tiziana Terenzi all of which are very unique and special. Anyway, like the videos. 😊

But it seems you can catch somebody's live now 24/7 I've never been in a chat room but I assume alive is pretty much the same thing there's usually only 20 or 30 people there if that many

Of course it's worth it! Even more if every time you wear it put a big smile on your face. Haven't tried Reflection 45 and I have a sample, I wasn't really into Reflection Man but the other day I wear it and I thought: this smells fantastic you idiot! So now I want a bottle and... I'm afraid to try Reflection 45, I'm saving for my bottle of FM The Night, talking about expensive fragrances. The one that I absolutely love from Amouage right now is Overture, what an amazing fragrance!!! Thank you Chris!!!

It’s funny you mention the smell of this fragrance to the wearer seemingly to fade quickly. I had this exact same issue with JubilationXXV, except for this one it seemed to fade to nothing within minutes. I took the bottle back to where I bought it (thinking that it was faulty or something)... I was told by everyone at the shop who tested it that there was nothing wrong with it so I begrudgingly took it back home with me.......... haven’t worn it since !!! (around Christmas time).
After what you have just said I may have to try it out again and see if there is any change
I have the same issue with Dior Sauvage EDT (Yea, i know...i know...:P ). I can barely detect any of it no matter if i spray it on hand and smell it upclose, or wear the fragrance as usual. Now here's the funny thing, multiple times i tried out a really cheap clone of it (La Rive Extreme Story) and same thing, can hardly smell it lol. In fact i can smell the cheap one slightly more then the original.

@@cretecandi6807 I think its just how our senses work and it differs from individual to individual. Like my father can detect smells (fragrances too) from miles away and same with food tastes. I used to get mad at him for having such selective tastes in food and how he'd ramble about how good something tastes but now i realise how strong his senses are. Once he complimented me on Club de nuit intense like 13-14 hours after i sprayed it lol i even forgot what i put on that morning.
There is a chemical i mostly smell in cheap middle eastern fragrances (also detected it in Sospiro Erba Pura) that blows MY nose off from miles away. I don't know what it is but i can smell it from across the room
