Hello Legal Buddies! So this is the last topic of Indian Contract Act, 1872 i.e Contract of Agency. Sec 182 to Sec 238 of Indian Contract Act deals with Contract of Agency. In this lecture I have covered the following topics:
1) Meaning of Contract of Agency
2) Principal & Agent defined
3) Who may Employ Agent?
4) Who may be an Agent?
In the next lecture I will discuss Modes of creation of Agency, Rights & Duties of Agent & Principal. After watching this make sure you watch PART 2 of this Lecture.

Ma'am as u said there is no need of consideration but it is a contract also and consideration is an essential of contract. Then, if there is no need of consideration how can it be a contract? And if it is a contract then there should be consideration? Please clear this confusion 🙏
