This complete beginner at home yoga routine is guaranteed to destress you in 34 minutes. (yoga for complete beginners)
It combines gentle full body yoga stretches for beginners designed for relaxation and flexibility. This beginner home yoga workout routine for complete beginners will open up your chest, allowing you to breathe more deeply and help you to release stress and anxiety. These basic yoga poses for beginners can be done easily at home to release tension from your body and are the perfect stress relief and way to de-stress.
When we sit hunched over our computers and cell phones all day we can get stuck in a cycle of stress. Our body learns to closes itself down protect itself through physical tension and shallow breathing. By opening our chest, deepening our breath and improving our posture we will destress in this beginner yoga class.

Hi Melissa- I got into your yoga videos a long time ago when I was pregnant but took a long break. When I realized I need to reincorporate some strength and flexibility on top of my occasional running/cardio, I thought of you and your gentle beginners as well as more challenging strength work. Starting here for today, looking forward to getting back into the practice a few times a week, glad to find you're still going strong

I’m stress free. I am new to yoga and I love the practice and it was nice to have someone that can take it slow. I go to a yoga class and the instructor is amazing. This is a different pace. Thank you for sharing. I will be doing more of your classes when I can’t go to the yoga studio.

Thank you lovely teacher -- i am completely de-stressed ;). Also, this is the first not-just-yin-or-restorative class I've done since my hip injury a couple of months ago. Boy did it feel good to be on my feet and doing a little bit of strength stuff! Baby steps

I am destressed! First time ever I did yoga before breakfast. Big step for me. I wake up really early in the summer and I have always considered this a problem. But if I can do yoga, maybe it won’t be a problem anymore. I am really not a morning person, so this is a giant step for me!
