Worst sim they deliver me defect sim ...i called costumer service for several times they promise me to replace my sim without charge but they already charge me ...again they promise me to refund but they never did eventhough i called costumer service time and again...

You guys should offer a plan for old fashioned people like me who don't want or need data, who only use talk and text. I'd sign up for it. Might be others out there who would too.

Worst customer service at a pretty good phone company. On December 14,2022 Mint mobile screwed my family out of $263.55. If they want to correct this and do the right thing they need to look at case #CRT-56793.
