They literally did nothing and called it a buff. Like seriously dmg reduction but only for 30% , he's still getting one shotted so wtf did they do. His core atl dmg is stilll low asf. They didn't even removed the affect where he takes more dmg after skill.
Like they didn't give him def based on lost hp, no lifesteal no nothing and called it a buff. So disappointed
they increased his damage some right? otherwise what they did was offset his damage taken he gains it with that skill, but at low he gets it back to 0% basically lol
If they increase his damage by 5% its a buff and they increased it by more then that for a number of units
