i mean alot of characters have good dmg output at low investment but that does not mean they will do amazing fully invested if you play for meta and as a f2p i would rec to wait for gameplay with him fully leveled to see his dmg before pulling if not f2p or you just like him then do you
Mine have solid foundation and executioner artifacts with CR 45% and CD 144% and it hits like crazy... Its so hard to roll stats with +4 CR and CB due to limited gold. Hope they add dungeons that can farm gold..
Honestly I think he's kinda mediocre... and the fact that he doesn't scale with hp makes him unable to take any resonable hits, rendering his super armor useless, and the fact he already bleeds himself he also takes 15% more damge which doesnt help in late game where a scratch can almost kill you...😂😂 my lvk 56 (A0)SM Baek has 46.78%/159.89% crits, even with a advantage of 9k combat power over (A0)Choi they hit relatively the same dmg output. Choi being the better option due to easier play and and the damage is one press of a button... To add more salt and bitterness Sm baek just doesn't feel good to play even though He gets a atk speed boost its still feels clunky and slow it also doesn't help that his attack animations take way too long. Lmao his kit design in my opinion is just that bad, all the trade offs in terms of high risk with higher risk just for mediocre returns is not worth the gold. They need to update a reset lvl and refund my gold hahaha. Anyways sorry for the long rant, I'll wait for more people to test him out and see others opinion because with my experience he is awful I hope im wrong and im missing the bigger picture.
Even if you're a pro who cannot be touched, he's losing health rapidly, and if you use a healer, there goes another slot for a strong hunter and he's definitely doesn't worth two hunter slots. The claws aren't helping either. To lose 0.5% of health just to deal 0.2% damage is useless. Your thumbnail says he's broken. I agree, he's broken, but not in a good way.
I think the green accessory set you using on him is kinda bad on him, no offense, but hear me out. Idk why, but for some reason Silver Mane Baek MP drain SOOO freaking fast, Payne did a test on it, he use 30% DMG Increase when HP under 70% set, compare to Choi using the green set you're using, and still, Silver Mane ran out of MP wayyy before Choi does. So another 20% drain from this set would be a pain.
