now that i think of it, i'm starting to get used with FK hand bones.

this accurately portrays cirno as the obnoxious child i portray her as and i live for it
For me I can see how you can see that :) I consider that a "personality attribute" because she's a fairy who generally aren't strong, who's insanely strong, with history in the fairy livings. Insanely strong history hahaha.
Also Cirno isn't dumb (I know you did not say she was dumb and "the obnoxious child" in no way implies that, I know. But when I was growing up she was known as "The 9 Ball" or 'Idiot Ice Fairy' in an ironic way). She's actually super smart (not talking about her math class, although all of technology is made up by now of 1s and 0s so she only needs 20% of math anyway. Plenty of capacity, even for Cirno xd).
Plus saying you're the strongest draws the victims willing to challenge your strength. In turn, you JUST HAVE TO BE VICTORIOUS. I imagine seeing the god level power of Reimu in EoSD incident probably started a level of strength in Cirno she herself couldn't quite grasp then.
:) I like to believe she's not an idiot or childlike necessarily; she is just a lower point in the power scale for the game rules and her power derives from the strength of conjuring "magic" and ultimately can only come from "claiming your strength" and exclaiming it. But, someone like for example Iku from Scarlet Weather Rhapsody incident does not need to explain or exclaim her lightning strikes , making Cirno seem comparitively more immature , similar to an excited child shouting out her favorite joy (👀 ITS SPRING ITS SPRING ITS SPRING ITS SPRING OMG SPRING 😱😳 commits danmaku ).
I love Touhou and I don't mean to challenge your idea 🙏 My favorite character was Koishi but not ....hat adventure Koishi. Actualized Koishi. Like if she really existed or if she used the power she has actually in any scenario inside Gensokyō. She basically could pick and choose who she wants to be seen by because they're going to forget about her anyways, unless you're someone like Reimu Marisa any Gensokyō resident human. And even then she has the tendency to be pulled away by... Something. 😉 Can't control the subconscious they said. 😈

Cirno's legitimately one of the strongest, smartest fairies in Gensokyo. Fairies are just weak and stupid, so the strongest fairy still gets her lunch money stolen by other yokai and the smartest fairy's still a dumbass.
@@glacietheglaceon5584 Cirno's an interesting character; half of the time, she's showing an intelligence and strength higher than any other member of her race, and the other half, she's being a complete idiot. She both knows how to read and gets tricked very easily, or somehow remembers the second world war while forgetting the people who destroyed her house the week before

I never thought I'd see the Iron Giant again let alone as Touhou. Very pleasant surprise. The transition at 0:20 feels so natural and smooth, and the abruptness of the ending worked great as a punchline.

When I saw the title I immediately said "uh oh" for the obvious reasons that coffee might turn Cirno into a hyperactive fairy that will go around freezing everything in sight saying "I'M THE STRONGEST!!!" while laughing her head off. Good thing it only had the effect of making her talk 30 sentences per minute.

I especially love the animation for "If everyone just did their stupid homework!", it seems like her hand actually has weight and her body moves naturally in response to her waving. The small things...

One of those movies you need to watch again as an adult, just for the nostalgia.
I feel like giving really ANY of the fairies coffee, but especially Cirno, is about as smart as insulting Flan and daring her to hurt you.
There are certain things that you simply do not do. Cirno on caffeine seems like she would be more destructive, more spontaneous, less predictable, harder to stop, and her pranks would be of grander scale or number.
Reimu should have a thing of super strong instant coffee labeled “give to Cirno if in need of incident”
Luna drinks coffee already! It's her favorite drink.
In spite of it, she's basically a homebody. She only goes out when the other fairies drag her out.
A crying shame Cirno was tan only once. It was her strongest form in the series.
