Hello bong srey! 1/ Home insurance is optional 2/ Property tax about couple of hundred dollars per year. 3/ There are many good hospitals in Cambodia now for example: Royal hospital, Sunrise hospital and etc….! Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏😍😍❤️❤️
Our monthly mortgage is a lil’ under 20K a month. Yes, a month. We are doing well here in America, really well. And even I still feel like it’s just getting way too expensive. So Cambodia is looking mighty good for retirement or a semi-permanent vacation home as of now. I would prefer the classic Khmer traditional style homes over the modern looking structures. Functionality will all be modern & advanced but the exterior & some interior designs will be Khmer inspired all the way.
actually it is much cheaper to build your own.bying this way you are at the mercy of the builder who inflate the price of the house . also they get away with put in cheap materials. my cousin build his own , a three story house for only 70000 dollars. it is a great house and when you build your own, you have more choice.Save your money and pay cash
