I am jealous of your new gym and a great new life style. We are the same age !!! You have to watch your diet as with your new work out room and great follow up you have only diet to get you to 100.
Romaine and green leafy lettuces are better than iceberg.Iceberg is nice and crisp but not much nutrients as romaine and leafy ones.I noticed Dennis does not eat much of fresh or cooked vegetables besides salads with iceberg lettuce.
