Am struggling right now I have been dealing with depression I have been cutting,drinking I want to try drugs for the first time. My therapist knows about the cutting and she said it okay to have a drink but that it because your on medication she knows that I have suicidal thoughts. But I don’t want to ask for help at are mental hospital they have 2 groups and you stay in your room the rest of the time. I can do that right at home
