There are allot of rules and precautions excersized hauling those big engines.
    Outstanding job guys.
Side question, how do they bond the titanium to the carbon fiber on those blades?
    Thanks for sharing! Awesome channel.

Thank you CM and sorry for the late reply. It’s a very complex procedure to bond the titanium to carbon fiber. We do ultrasonic to check for disbond on those blades after a bird strike. Great to see you here again.

Just like starting up a cold 425 cat in the cold. She smokes till the flame wall is up to temp.
Those engines are amazing! The energy created in that machine is incomprehensible. The shear volume of air they move is astounding!
Whats the psi on those fuel lines? Its gotta be up there!

Great point! CM great to see you here again. Yeah that was an initial start with all the preservative oils. The engineering on those High Bypass Turbine Engines are a Work of Art. Happy Easter my friend

At what power level do you have to start to worry about standing to close on front of the turbine?

Great to see you here Ariel. It’s 30 feet max at idle power, any other higher level of Power stay clear as far as you can
