The first thing Eren sees before the group pulls him out is nothing but a long spine, some bones and Eren's head. Interesting design choice.
Oh, also, more manga to anime differences. In the manga, Historia is way more uncertain about becoming the queen. So Levi basically lifts her up by the collar and chokes her out. He tells her that if she doesn't like it, she should just fight back then. But that conversation happens way before Eren or Historia get kidnapped in the manga so she's way less certain about who she is yet.
