This isn't actually the unique encounter Tower Orc, they just for some reason made an orc that wears his armor, he doesn't have unique lines, the real orc tower just says stuff about pain, honestly it makes like 0 sense but it's kinda funny
The original title of the overlord was the Pretender.
Pretenders always have unbreakable and iron will and all I've seen so far are terrified by spiders.
If you let a pretender decoy kill you, then you get more tower rng combos
When they're an army of orcs working for the Dark Lord, how exactly can they be any more of an 'outlaw?' I would think that YOU'RE the Outlaw army.
Jacob Bielski the outlaws don't worship anyone and believe that Mordor belongs to just the orcs. They are still hostile because Talion intends on having every orc join his army.
You gotta remember too, it’s all mostly based on orc society itself rather than just serving Sauron.

I killed sooooooo many Pretenders. Though Ironically tgey were far better then the real Tower.

If you hit your own orks then they will likely earn a new title of betrayed, abused, and a few others. Some Urks don't change there title at all though.
