Onexfly has no vrr or free sync built in so if you get frame drop u might notice vs on the ally you don’t notice most times cause of it and it has button mapping gyro adjustment & ability to lower or higher the rumble on certain games and you get the two extra buttons on the back
I understand these are intended for Hand Held mode. But the starter "Nintendo Switch" made a point of saying you can use it in dock mode and hand held mode both. When I had a major problem with my Steam Deck hardware I said I mainly only used it in dock mode because I wanted to play a couple PS games. Well they did fix it but said "I was not using it as intended but they would fix it anyway"? Really, dock mode is not intended? They even sell a dock. Anyway, would be interesting if any of the reviewers (like your channel) would focus some of the review on dock mode connected to a TV. NS does apply more power (I think) when in doc mode. One of my interests is can I get better resolution and fps when in doc mode on power? The Steam Deck seems pretty nice in hand held with OLED screen but I generally want to use it on my 75" TV which is how I used the NS when I got started in gaming a couple years ago (late starter to play games with the grandkids).
Are we able to run them at lower 720p resolution because they are still not good enough to run games at 1080p and 60fps. If any of them can run RE4 remake at 720p and 60fps + , I would buy them.
@@Techfluencerfor heavy games i use Rog for Arpg like diablo like games I use steam deck touch pad is a must.. tried it on ally and it's weird but yeah the experience is good never got pc for gaming and this is the first I got. Cause I'm a console player.
Im on the same boat. I honestly almost got a legion go cuz i saw how huge the screen was. But i couldnt justify the difference of performance to the rog ally. Im waiting for what 2025 has to offer
@@jeffersonrexc true the regular ally sucks though my friend have it andhe tried monster hunter wilds and it's like steam deck the fps is low but with Z1extreme it's like Rog X
Just got my unit. I'm not impressed compare to the X. Can't even run silent hill 2 correctly it runs really bad.. can't get pass 40fps on cyberpunk either even at 30tdp
You definitely have it ? I heard they literally just started shipping them out so that's difficult to believe .... But if you do fair enough - some of us are thinking of picking up the onexfly F1 pro (I have an Ally X too) so I hope you are telling the truth so people can make an informed decision . Last year's model was good at running those games and this one is stronger so I don't know at what settings you are running these games ?
@ the screen is amazing, the best and brightest display I've ever seen hands down.. but some games I tried playing was a let down in terms of performance.
@ThienNguyen-k1m oh at least the screen is great . Hopefully like you said they will improve performance with patches . I dunno why performance seems low . It should be better than last year's model . One more thing - how is battery at 15 watts ? I'm still thinking of picking up that Asuka limited edition model . Thank you for your time and answers .
God, I wish I wasn't living through the ai-genersted content generation, we're all screwed, this entire video provides no actual information, it's just garbage. Gimmie some benchmarks with different tweaks and less b-roll. This "review" is atrocious.
Ugh. More AI generated crap that no one watches.
Immediately when he said ass oose I started laughing. The AI isnt even trying
I think the OneXFly F1 Pro is the best of them. Just my opinion. Wait are I’m the first comment!? OMG this is cool(:

No vrr screen. Ally X wins there, that makes a huge difference
Plus the rog ally has free sync meaning the lag some people have when frames drop the games a keep running smoothly like it never happened on the ally
The worst part is needing to buy games too…I buy Rog ally z1x am happy need more money for games

Damn I should have waited .. but then .. I’d wait forever
Onexfly F1 pro vs Msi claw 8 ai+ pls 😮. Strix point vs lunar Lake

That asssus is pretty good though 😅
Agreed.
it's a "handheld" so it's important to mention the "battery capacity"
We have the Nintendo switch for you. They want to run games at 4 watts.
One X is too expensive to even be an option for many
Seems like it!
Why don’t say the battary life?
And I'm still stuck with Rog ally extreme and steam deck
How is the experience so far?

Definitely OneXFly F1 Pro. It's about time for me to replace my aging GPD Win Max2 now. The gap is big enough for a change.
Thank you. This is vey helpful to choose.
Welcome!

@ yes I got it yesterday. I wish I was lying. I'm dissapointed to be honest. But who knows, maybe they'll come out with fix software updates? I hope.
@ThienNguyen-k1m oh ok cool . How's the OLED screen ? That's something that has me interested .

Only if they made it with a bigger battery.
Agreed.
Almost double the price not really competing
the way this is edited makes me thinks it's a video edited and uploaded by AI
Thanks for your feedback.
Ally x is what I went with
How is the experience so far?
@Techfluencer i love it, really good so far
It's also good for retro gaming after you map the buttons on it
It's better, but is it 2 x $799 better?
Don't think so.
We are waiting Xbox mini pc😉

Everything better..
Till we get to the enormous price, thanks but no, thanks
Agreed.

Thanks for your feedback.
