    I do it simply... wash and soak mong beans for a couple of hours. Place them in a colander lined with a damp kitchen towel. Cover. Next day, run for several minutes cold water through them. Cover. Repeat the same in the evening. Continue for 2 days. In between replace the kitchen towel because growth of fungus is a real possibility.
    The morning of the 4th day, you have perfect sprouts. Before eating them raw, say, in a salad, thoroughly rinse them. I do so, even if I am cooking them.

      Finally I see someone talking abt using a cloth instead of tissue paper.
      But why cloth catches fungus but tissue paper don't ??

    Маш прорастает в закрытой стеклянной банке с небольшим количеством воды за 3 дня в темном месте, например, в шкафу. Его нужно предварительно замочить, если хочется, чтобы быстрее появились проростки. Если держать дольше трёх дней, то промыть и долить чуть-чуть свежей воды. Зато в стекле, а не в пластике. Успехов!

    • @Larisa777zh
      @Larisa777zh Год назад +1

      Надо попробовать! Скажите пожалуйста, а чечевицу можно таким же способом прорастить?

    • @nz2174
      @nz2174 Год назад +2

      @@Larisa777zh , чечевицу не пробовала проращивать. Если попробуйте, то поделитесь потом результатом))
      Маш я проращивала порционно. Примерно знаешь, какого размера нужны ростки, за какое время они прорастают, количество порции, съедаемой за день. Такое количество закладываю в банку, через 1-2-3 дня - новая закладка. Так бывают всегда свежие проростки и портится не успевают.

    • @-Tati-
      @-Tati- Год назад

      Маш очень быстро прорастает по сравнению с другими культурами. Только я проращиваю до тех пор пока корни не даст, только ростки. И промывать его нужно хорошо, чтобы не застаивался. И в конце тоже промывка, чтобы зелёные чешуйки выполоскать.

    That's such a resourceful idea! Growing bean sprouts in plastic cups is a fantastic way to repurpose everyday items for something so wholesome and healthy. It's always amazing to see how a little bit of care and attention can transform simple seeds into lush, nutritious sprouts. Plus, it's a great project that combines sustainability with the joys of gardening, even in small spaces! 🌱✨

    • @TasteOfButterflies
      @TasteOfButterflies 7 месяцев назад

      Using disposable cups is the actually the opposite of "repurposing everyday items".
      There's nothing "resourceful" or "sustainable" about using a pile of single-use plastic to grow the same sprouts a million other videos on RUclips grow in a regular bowl or jar.

    Bạn làm khá thành công, nhưng có 1 điểm bạn không lưu ý nên khi thu hoạch giá đổ đã cho ra lá màu xanh (gọi là giá le lưởi) đó là bạn để ánh sáng lọt vào. Nếu bạn dùng băng keo đen quấn hộp nhựa lại không để ánh sáng lọt vào thì giá đổ sẽ trắng và không ra lá màu xanh.

      Did you manage to find something? Without further information, I would be a bit dubious about using a coloured cloth that way, simply because the dyes used may not be fast and would contaminate the crop.
