I’d say that the individual can make or break them selves and or the team. People struggle with self determination/ownership, that’s where the team can come in and carry the weight. Certainly individuals make up a team and if a leader isn’t selected (alpha/bravo etc.) the team can fall apart. It’s a delicate dance for sure. Tenicor is the way 🇺🇸

The best team i ever worked on was the one I’m on now. There is fantastic communication. Everyone knows each others talents and short comings. When you have great communication, aren’t afraid to ask questions and be wrong then you can make something great

Best team I've worked with was in the ICU at my old hospital. I was a new grad PA holding down the fort on nights in both MICU and SICU. All the doctors, RNs, pharmacist, respiratory therapists, etc took me under their wings. I soaked up everything like a sponge and earned their respect. I don't miss the chaos and code blues but I still miss the entire crew now that I no longer work in the ICU.

The best team I’ve worked on was at my very first job a Chick-fil-A. The management structure was built in a way that brought up future leaders. From the guy moping the lobby to the GM running number, we were all taught a core group of principles that brought us together. So when the going got tough you knew you had people to lean on.

I’ve volunteered to help at a Scuba Diving shop during a summer vacation while in college. Was a pretty big shop for the 4 of us. I helped to get people fitted with wetsuits and do a final checkup on all the gears a person would come in and rent. I didn’t make any money but it was the most hard working team I’ve worked with. We washed cleaned and dried so many air tanks and did maintenance on them. To the customers we were the last place for them to get their gear checked and go into whichever water they were heading, and to us, a mistake will cause a accident. But I learned a lot from that summer, about communication, time management, problem solving, and the most important, responsibility.

The best team i ever worked with was a construction surveying company i used to work at. It was comprised of three two man crews and 1 office manager. Each crew chief had a different strength, which really allowed the company to work on a multitude of projects efficiently. Never a dull moment.

The best team I’ve ever worked on is with my husband. When I first met him we worked at a grocery store together which was always so fun, but having him as my partner and family leader has been the best bad times and good. No matter what we’re up against he’s my guy no matter what. He’s the best! ❤

Best team I ever worked on was piping the hvac system for a hotel. About five of us in total. Everyone was skilled, intelligent, and motivated. Even the big challenges weren't big deals. Honestly, it was fucking inspiring to really feel what it was like to be part of something like that.

Best team I’ve ever worked on is my current job. Collaboration on projects is invaluable. Where one person’s knowledge or ability might fall short, another person can pick it up. Everyone has different strengths as well so the more capable people you have, the more complex the problems you’re able to solve.

The best work team would be my current job. We have a small group of 4 of us that work really well together. It’s a remote job which has obstacles of course, however we all work together to get our job done each day. We all know how to do each others specific tasks incase one of us is out or is just not having a great day. Whenever one of us is having a kind of off day, the rest of us step up and help the other out. Communication is a great factor that helps our team run smoothly.

The best team I’ve ever been a part of was when I was on 3rd Shift as a cop at a large university in Ohio. It ran like a well oiled machine. We had each others backs on every single call. Guys chipped in and helped with complicated arrests, motivated each other to proactively patrol, and held each other accountable and to a higher standard. If we had a complicated call for service, guys would be looking for work to do instead of just standing around occupying space. I can’t tell you how good it felt to watch our unit work as a team. The part I enjoyed the most is that after every critical incident, we would debrief the entire thing and talk about what we did right, what we did wrong, and what we would change the next time should the same situation arise again. If it were a sport, we’d have been an all-star team. Every single man in the group was a stud.

Not necessarily a team, more of a duo. But I remember back in high school I played tennis with my best friend. He’d uplift me when my head hung low, and I’d do the same for him. We’d also keep one another accountable and rework our strategies during games if needed. He’s my best friend for life!
