    There's actually one Vegas-area buffet that's even more expensive than the Bacchanal, and that is Anthony's Prime at the M. It's $100 per person there, but the food quality and experience are exponentially better there. That alone punctuates why the Bacchanal just isn't worth it anymore from a value perspective, as well as the fact Wynn's is cheaper but has superior food quality in my opinion.

      Anthony's Prime is a steakhouse, sit-down restaurant that puts out Sunday Brunch buffet. The restaurant itself is not officially a "buffet". There are a small handful of restaurants that do similar, once-a-week, high-end brunch buffets. They are usually very good, but I'm not including them when I talk about "Vegas Buffets" I'm referring to restaurants that are themselves fully functioning buffets.
      We'll see if, maybe once I'm finished reviewing all the **real** buffets, I won't start reviewing all the other restaurants that offer all-you-can-eat experiences.

    My main problem with this buffet is the strict 90 minute time limit. For that amount of money that they charge, the short time limit is riduculous

    • @JoebDragon
      @JoebDragon 4 месяца назад +1

      they had an 4 hour limit but this big fat guy really hurt them they had to give him like $1000 in chips to get out the out buffet

      @@JoebDragon i mean how much could he stuff in his face? They literally order like hundreds of pounds if not thousands of pounds of king crab. Even if he just sat there and ate just crab legs how much could one man possibility eat in 4 hours.

      The time limit is really only there as a means of getting more people inside. The popular buffets are constantly packed with lines to get in, if they don't already require advance reservations.
      You'll notice that it's only the less popular buffets in town that don't have time limits. This was not was not as prevalent back when every hotel in town had its own buffet. Just like I say in my show/ticket videos... high prices are always a result of high demand. If more hotels reopened or opened new buffets... we would see lower, more competitive prices... and shorter wait times.
      All of this is proof that buffets are just as popular with guests as they always have been.

    Great video. Very informative. Terrific buffet, but you're right about the pinch points and the crowds.

    thanks for the review. the last time i was at Ceasar's buffet, Bellagio was being built lol. From 05-13 , when i worked at Edwards AFB, we would drive to LV twice a year, Spring break and the week of Thanksgiving just before Thanksgiving itself. We would stay 3 nights and we would go to Cirque du Soleil shows and eat buffets. I don't gamble bc Pop did and i hated it. We would eat at MGM, Aria, Bellagio, Paris and Wynn; rinse and repeat. I did enjoy the diversity ; that's the point of the buffet. I never understood why people like those crab legs. As for sashimi and real seafood, we went to Japan 4 times and ate real sushi there. anyhow thank you for the video.

    Well, I'm going to take my daughter who lives there to the Baccanal Buffet, I'll spend what money I want. I've been there before and really enjoyed it. Your take and review but don't tell people not to pay what they want.

      Did you watch my video?? **I AM LOW CARB** I love buffets because it's easy to choose what you eat. So long as you can resist the temptation of the sugary things, this is a great place to eat and stay low carb. Stick to the seafood and the carving stations, and the various vegetable side dishes throughout.

    I would skip the buffet and get gordon ramsays 3 course set menu for lunch with a beef wellington for LESS. Rather than a trough style feeding frenzy like a pack of hungry dogs. Quality over quantity.
