Buying of just any ETFs is easy, but buying the right one without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence which is best to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $260K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies.
Just because there are opportunities in the market doesn’t mean you should go in blindly. To understand the potential factors that contribute to your financial growth, I'll advise you to seek the help of a professional.

Considering the recession and as one with not much cash and given the present economy , is it better to invest into Real Estates or into Stocks. Which would yield better output. Considering a young mid income, short term person living in the US with less time on my hands?
Has got to be Stocks but of course, you have to be well informed on the right ones or better still, get a pro to handle it for you (that way, you save time and minimize risks). Made my first million this way earlier this year. One more thing, one can wake you up by 2am to complain about a leaking pipe, the other can't.

Not sure all the O.G. options allow fractional shares trading. I know Fidelity does as that is what I use, but I don't think Vanguard does. One thing to consider if looking at those.

1) Increased income YOY or uncapped earning potential (sales, business owner, etc)
2) Keeping your expenses low
3) Investing consistently into ETFs

One thing I’ve considered doing is utilizing my standard brokerage account more than I am now so that I don’t have all of my investment money tied up in retirement accounts. I’ve always wanted to invest enough in my 401k to get the company match and then max out my Roth IRA every year, but instead of putting the rest of my investment money in my 401k, I think it may be smarter to put it in a regular brokerage account so I can access those funds for other investments in my short term future. Thoughts?
Spencer, thank you so much! I think that’s a great idea personally and I would be doing the exact same thing as you. Maxing out the Roth, investing enough into the 401k to get the match, and then continue investing inside of a standard brokerage account to give myself more flexibility if I wanted to ever access those funds in the future for other investments.

You can if you’re planning to invest short term you’d be better off investing in a monthly dividend paying REIT such as ticker O-Realty income which pays monthly at 4% which is way better than the return of ANY savings account and just as safe. Don’t believe me? Get an online compound interest calculator and see for yourself

Thank you so much! It used to take me about 3 days per video. However, recently I’ve improved a few of my processes to make them more efficient and I’ve cut my time down to 2 days. This includes scripting, filming, and editing.

You have to be 18 to open a brokerage account, but you can ask your parents to open an account which you can manage
TBarni is correct. You can open one if you’re under 18, but it will have to be a custodial account that your parents open for you. Once you turn 18 (or 21 in some States) though the account is transferred to you.
I’m currently 20 I started investing the day I turned 18 Bc no one ever in my family invested a dollar. I was so hungry to find out what the rich know. Now that I have the knowledge I will retire by 35 Inshallah.
