Have been in Munich this w-end. 2nd Time FFD live. I´m 56 years young and have seen many live acts. But FFD -i agree is maybe the best live act on the Planet!
As an Aussie musician who's seen FFD tens of times live and HIGHLY rate them, I recommend looking up Mike Love and the full circle for some absolute🔥roots, rock, reggae on another level. Some of the most powerful, meaningful and beautiful music on Earth. I've rarely seen or experienced what Mike Love by himself or with his percussionist or full band can effortlessly pull off live and having hung with him in person I've rarely been in the presence of anyone as humble. Hardly anyone knows of his music because he refuses to sell out. They could fill stadiums IF they signed on the dotted line. I like the lack of fans because it keeps most shows small, intimate and more money going to the musicians 🙂 They take more freedoms from us every day, but they'll never take our music. With love 🙏
Fat Freddyyyy once a year make's me cheer! But twice a year, really put's me in gear...Zurich 29th October, basically a copy of this one, besides that moment, when Hopepa looses his breath while introducing Shiverman, and the audience takes control for a while, simply a mindblowing connection.
It was a great show! It doesn't happen often that a band fulfills more then my expectations. Hopefully they will come to our country again soon. Thanks for putting the show online. 😁
