@@Plutosvanity Because there is extra weight on the thumb sticks, they make it so its easier to move on it own, and cause more drift.

once you get used to them, they for real make thumbsticks more accurate, but for me, above all, more comfortable! I've been using I believe the old ultra grip since 2012 playing Black Ops 2! had 2 pairs, one broke, but the other still fine! plan to get some new galaxy ones one day soon! good stuff! ❤😁👍🏻

If you're wondering which one to get, Get the Inferno's. They are the ones that every COD pro uses and they make you snap really fast onto enemies, its not even fair when I used these, people in lobbies thought I was cheating. Worth every penny I spent on it.

3 weeks ? Nah you'll be fine in a couple of games maybe a day or 2 it does feels extremely weird at first but you get used to it pretty quick

My galaxy ones broke after about 9 months but were good while they lasted. I personally only like having one on my right analogue stick though. Might try the infernos next.

I have used kontrolfreek and FadeGrips and I recommend them both. Very easy to use but keep away from very young children
Well there aren't many young children in competitve FPS game. Even if there were, their hands aren't big enough to actually benefit from KFs. So even though you are correct KFs should not be around young children because they won't be able to use them properly, it really isn't necessary to say.

I’ve been using the galaxy FPS (purple ones) for years now. I’ve even bought 4 sets for future use in case they stop selling them. Greatest grips on the market. Love them. Just make sure you swap the right and left so your aim stick is using the lower one. It’s the perfect height
nah, for me i have my aim stick higher and the move stick lower. im pretty sure thats what everyone does.

I get that it makes precision aiming easier, but if someone is strafing left to right isn't it harder to hit them because you now have to move your thumb further from left to right or do you get used to it?
Oily Dogshit only use it on the right stick. Leave the left one alone or use a low rise stick on the left stick
not really. your thumb is fast enough. it helps controlling smaller movements but it doesnt make faster movements harder
I love using KF, they've helped me with my accuracy a lot! Too bad the rubber wears out very fast..

@@ericgarza966 Hi Eric, mine had absolutely no grip after 2 months. At first it was the best feeling ever but later on just "bruh", so I put them off and didn't play with them since 2 years. Btw in these two months of playing with them my accuracy didn't increase or decrease with KF Galaxy...(Im a CoD competitive player on the verge to playing wagers) Idk if I am lost but that's my honest opinion

I just ordered the Galaxy and Inferno thumbsticks so I'll update you on how they feel! So far I really Love the ControlFreek's MW thumbsticks so I'm sure the other ones will be awesome too!!

@DanielWhiteVans I did order both the galaxy and Inferno and they both do a really great job! However, my absolute favorite is the galaxy. The top is very well designed to help grip with your thumb. It's very comfortable to use for extended periods of time. I also really like that the right galaxy thumbstick is much taller than the left stick. The verdict goes to Galaxy all the way!! Hope this helps your decision.

Does the original grip on your controller have to be on to fit the kontrol freek on? I ordered some but have no idea and My analog stick is just a metal stick with no grips at all
I 110% PROMISE you I am just a regular consumer of these, and if you are consodering picking these up, PLEASE DO! For shooters, pinpoint accuracy! For Racing Games or games that require precise movement, put it on the left stick and it's perfect. Heck, if your thumbs are sore for whatever reason, then chuck these on for not only added comfort, but less force in it too! The only real thing thats wrong with these is.. shoot there isn't anything wrong, it's a perfect accessory. Seriously, 11/10 recommend, and they're cheap AF.

For games that have a built in deadzone that isn't adjustable, thumbstick extenders make it worse. You interact with that deadzone on a larger scale

Just got a set. Using the mediums rather than the high ones because I have short stubby thumbs. Hope this improves my headshots on warzone haha
Tried the high ones on multiplayer online on cod and struggled to get to grips with them. My hands are small af.

You really only need to change your sensitivity on the settings to Mia whole game easier to control, and if you want a taller joystick, go ahead and take apart controller and change the things on it!

I made my own out of a chapstick cap, electrical tape, and a piece of cloth. It has dual textured grips and pops on and off with ease. It fits around the bottom of the analog stick like a glove so it stays tight while playing. Same results from household products. Try it

I bought one mid rise and one high rise galaxy and am finding it hard to get used too. I’m only trying to use the high rise on the right stick as that’s what flea recommends and can’t seem to do well. Was more comfortable without them at all. Any advice to get used to them? I’m just going in custom games rn but nothing clicking atm.
Play a bunch of multi-player (like domination or hard point) and up your sensitivity by 1 or 2 to start with. That did the trick for me
Bro use the galaxy purple ones, they are concave. and swap the right stick with the left stick. The right stick is higher than the left but it’s too high so you need to use the left one on your aiming stick. Your aim will improve drastically
honestly is kind of depend on if you left handed or right handed. We all used the same control but your dominant hands will learn new things quicker and easy at adapting to things.

@@kaleb0171 i’m on ps5 now too and i just made the switch from the high rise one to the mid rise galaxy on my right stick after playing w it since mw came out and my aim close quarters while snapping on kids is sooo much better. i just need to get used to making the little micro adjustments but it’s only my first day after the swap. i realized my hand was a little too small for the high rise and my back palm was weirdly elevated so my thumb could fit on top

I bought a pair of high rise cfs for cod and they made drop shots and strafing much harder i personally think they make you worse. I just saw the raise sensitivity thing and i already play at highest sens i dont like controll freeks.

You will get used to it trust me. It will feel weird at first but it becomes second nature after a few weeks.

@Adaptzz depends on whether you are comfartable with it or not, like in the video they sais, higher your sensitivity till you are on the edge of too fast but you can still control your shots, your sensitivity should be higher but since you have the thumbgrips it will make it feel like your old configuration

GUYS KONTROLFREEK I HAVE AN AMAZING IDEA!! You don't have to credit me, I'm just a fella trying to help out. To whoever reads this, you should tweet them this. Ya know how there are the mid rise and highrise thumbstick, right? Well, what if you changed the material of the extension on the highrise to be a little moldable or "squishy". Now, add a suction to the bottom of the thumbstick and BAM! You now have the ability to push down for mid rise thumbsticks, but pull up and get the high rise feel. Maybe put the price on those boys to $20 or $25 and i GUARANTEE that people will like it.
I just got the inferno, i only put it on the right analog and it’s awesome so far, I’m trying to get more used to it and figure it will take a couple days, i really love the ‘flick’ it adds

Does kontrol freek help on controller drift?
Here's some more science, the clips that attach your control freeks push down the material in the analog stick and it makes a connection with outside of the analog stick. Not great if your looking for full range of movement

Hey Muhammad,
We recommend a high-rise on the right in Warzone, like our Modern Warfare A.D.S thumbsticks. For the left stick, a lot of players prefer mid-rise since it's for movement and you are normally just running forward. FPS Freek Galaxy, FPS Freek Vortex, and FPS Freek Edge all are mixed-rise sets that would be a great first pair to try. Main difference between them is the concavity/convexity of the design and the color.

So I’m trying to play apex and everytime I’m looking around vs. aiming I tend to push down on the thumb stuck to hard and that causes my character to melee which is super annoying do you think these would help with that? Or is there a different product?
