Maybe you should read the title of a video, and listen to what the video is about before you ask stupid questions, might answer the question if you take like 10 seconds to actually think about it...Assuming you're capable of thought, which has yet to be seen.
@Pixel Smile Yeah and how many artists are good, and never get a penny because no one knows about them? Plenty, because talent isn't rare, we all know one person that has exceptional skill at something that could get them fame, but chances are, they never will. Because talent alone isn't enough to become famous.
Neiasaurus Creations all it takes is social media. Broadcasting that talent over time will gain fans. If you are persistent you don’t need labels. You just gotta know what you’re doing and be consistent. You’d be surprised what can happen when you believe in yourself and go all out
@@iforgot1135 No, it takes a lot more than that. Social media is great, but it's still very unlikely he'd be remotely the same fame level as he currently is. You've weirdly taken a side in this video. its like dj drama is loving this lol. I hear ya. But the artist can always argue their side, saying that their talent and hard work and relationship making got them opportunities such as features and shows.
there's hundreds of thousands of artists with amazing music that nobody will ever hear. A team and hundreds of thousands of dollars being invested is a MAJOR factor in his success. Not to say his hard work and talent didn't help but thats the reality. It's the American Music Business. Key word business.
Yikes bro. Present the info don't spill your own bias all over it. You keep saying that "THEY GOT HIM" here or there. His talent got him there. They helped on an administrative level.
So... his talents got him the features, the tours, the ads, the interviews.....naw nigga! His talent helped keep him afloat, but before he could swim he had to be taught! You think he would have gotten all of that at the beginning without help. So many good artist out there, some even more talented than Lil Uzi, are not as big because they didn't have the same help as him
Hearing the shit about DJ diamonds really struck a chord.. Being a producer myself, its always us that work alongside ordinary people giving them somewhat of a platform to build upon and launch their career but soon as their shit hits mainstream or they take even the slightest of a W, their humble beginnings morph right into superiority complexes.. Everybody nowadays only ever credit their success to themselves without taking a minute to credit everybody else involved in the process like being humble is just no longer a thing anymore..
When rappers blow up they always want better points and more money but forget they were ABSOLUTE ZEROS before the people they signed with gave them A1 PRODUCTION, BEATS, AND EVERYTHING ELSE. They deserve an ENORMOUS piece of the pie for that.
They actually do not. A piece and a good one, yes. Enormous? No. If an artist actually writes their own songs and performs the songs then without them those people have no act (if the artist doesn't even write their own material, then it's a completely different story). That's called an investment. There's no guarantee of success. When it blows, you eat. When it doesn't, you eat it. Lawyers don't gouge their clients. When you win, they win and they take a reasonable percentage. Hence why there aren't millions of "independent" lawyers walking into courtrooms. This is why record labels are beginning to become less of a necessity. They ate themselves out of the kitchen.

So it can't really be denied that the label contributed MASSIVELY to his success, and the reward they got was having to deal with a passive-aggressive cunt shitting on their names and reputation.
The label probably spent hundreds of thousands perhaps millions of dollars on his career. That's kinda why people get labels, to get that money backing them.
he wouldn't have gotten those tours without the label
he didnt even "talk trash about don cannon and dj drama at the red carpet" he simply said he speaks his mind lol.
its funny how he makes a patty flipping joke about XXL while showing the year where EVERYONE there is still big (well except desiigner)
KidErkwon dude desiigner with Kanye he has a BAG he probably writing for somebody his words are nice flow just ass
@@laquintondavis1701 ahhh yes, desiigner has always been renown for his lyrics, for example,
"NHIGGHUS TNRKEM BAH BAH, MFERS TUHLK REGARDLESS, CAKIBUH CALIBUH BALIBUH, I GOT THE OF HANNIBAL"
quite the classic I'd say
Nobody on earth listens to G Herbo lol
Angelo Cipollaro I fw herbo lol
Sheesh, not sure what suites you more, Young Trap Lore Ross. Your haircut or your very juicy, well researched unpopular opinion!
My fave. vid of you so far!
Perfect timing I was just rolling up
I smoked then saw this video :/ gonna go roll another and listen to some Uzi
Just left the Pizza Hut buffet pre-rolled in the Ashtray and on my way to buy a ice cold desperado & then am watch this video
If a rapper goes #1 on billboard but nobody heard it did it make a noise? Lmaooo so true
the emotional music during the uzi car show part xDDDD
You've weirdly taken a side in this video. its like dj drama is loving this lol. I hear ya. But the artist can always argue their side, saying that their talent and hard work and relationship making got them opportunities such as features and shows.
there's hundreds of thousands of artists with amazing music that nobody will ever hear. A team and hundreds of thousands of dollars being invested is a MAJOR factor in his success. Not to say his hard work and talent didn't help but thats the reality. It's the American Music Business. Key word business.
@@julesrandolph7910 yeah but jay z got his masters and that got him a billion.
@@dowhatiwantc7637 yeah but this bum aint jay z lol

Ross: don’t get it twisted
This is the most underrated comment.
Listing his car troubles really hurt my heart... I had no idea lil dude had it so rough. 😢
What do you drive ?
@@vvvaygbg1611 a car. Why?
Drama was dropping those mixtapes and albums before Khaled..... So he is not a little Khaled. He is his own man.
Im not even that big of a uzi fan but i really want him to rise again with a new project or a song
"Ed Sheeran's ugly ginger mug!" - Wow that's harsh! .......Harsh but true I guess
Dang. You're very passionate on this one, Trap Lore Ross.
When rappers blow up they always want better points and more money but forget they were ABSOLUTE ZEROS before the people they signed with gave them A1 PRODUCTION, BEATS, AND EVERYTHING ELSE. They deserve an ENORMOUS piece of the pie for that.
the label already got paid you dumbass, they make more money than the artist itself.
The real story...that DJ chick got finessed so hard. 😂😂😂
She’s the only one without a car collection in this 😂
0:52 that did NOT AGE WELL🤣🤣🤣

"UMG burned 1/2 Million of their artist's masters...." -Erm that must've been one hella big fire!
DJ Drama hella underrated.
