And not only that this channel helped me to see what to put in my body like all the clean ingredients diet and this journey is great

Very cool - or hot - that you even cover benefits regarding sauna! Huge fan of your channel here in Finland. My traditional wood sauna is ready in approx. 40 minutes or so and I'll have a couple twenty or so minute sessions with cold shower & chilling outside in 10 deg. Celcius in between. Two nights ago we had bright aurora borealis display above as well so mental benefits couldn't really get any better :) Keep up the inspiring work!

I would have thought a critical reason would have been the detox effects - heavy metals, glyphosate, bpa etc. Still, I agree with the main thrust ...I sauna 4 to 5 times a week. Two 30 min sessions at around 90C. About the best thing I can imagine doing. At 68 the passive aspect is important to me, as it preserves my joints from impact and overuse (i still do some exercise routines - but I can get extra bang for my buck by using sauna as well as swimming and static exercises like plank, dead hang etc)

I am in dialysis for the last year, I struggled with fluid accumulation between dialysis sessions especially the 3 day period without dialysis over a weekend even with fluid intake restrictions I found dialysis extremely torturous trying to extract over 3 litres of fluid in a 4 hour session. No help from the nephrologists and would not provide me with any help of diuretics, the blood thinners used in dialysis also made it more difficult as it restricted me passing water.
So I started experimenting with very hot baths trying to get to a maximum of 46 degrees Celsius and the results were unimaginable up to 3.2 litres of fluid loss in approx. one and a half hour, this put me in a much better situation of not restricting my fluid intake and also arriving at dialysis after a weekend and not requiring any fluid extraction but filtration only mostly for creatinine and urea.
And as you mentioned here, yes it appears that I am retaining more muscle but also less protein loss as well. The higher heart rate I also experience as well as the drop in blood pressure, keeping in mind that my blood pressure systolic is sky high. I am turning 68 years old next week but I can tell you that the extremely hot baths have been godsend, I base the 46 degrees temperature to the equivalent of what the Roman baths were. My electrolyte balance is a bit of a challenge.

But still saunas and hot tubs are a short duration for me.

They only seem to reach 120-130F which is far below the desired 190F, but they say ehhh just stay in for longer! I've always thought "low and slow" is great when it comes to cooking, but I have doubts about its effectiveness compared to a real sauna. However it's a cheap and practical option. 3 reasons I'm not even going to watch this video. 1) I'm an average guy that's not going to have to money to buy a sauna for my home or property. 2) I don't live in a part of the country where saunas are at gyms or even remotely common for a fee. 3) That gives me the impression you are detached from the average man.

I’m sure this Thomas guy is healthy and all. Honestly he is starting to look a little deficient in something!!!!! Also his voice is getting raspier.
