Look. We went all out on offense this off season , now we have to give him some pieces to work with. Alot left due to money issue nd fitter promises. Injuries happen get him some help
Evero has never had the correct personelle to effectively run a 3-4 defense since he got here, coupled with the stacking injuries its kind of a lost cause
I think Evero is a good DC but is a very poor pick for Carolina. Carolina has always been a historically good 4-3 Defense. 3-4 doesn’t work here and Carolina. He will be successful with a team butter suited for a 3-4. On top of that this was not Canales or Morgan pick. I honestly think they wanted to see if they could make it work due to his talent as a DC but it just isn’t clicking. Don’t be surprised if he is let go this offseason and they go after someone more suited for the 4-3 scheme like Saleh or some with pedigree and connections to the Panthers like Chris Shula 🫡
There's no DC in the league that can make this group of bums on defense play much better, adjusting only does so much. We literally have HALF of our starters already out of the defensive lineup (WITH NO DEPTH, thanks to the GM), why is there no talking about how crazy that is.
Defense was top ten last year 🤡 what you talking about. The whole defense hurt this year and luvu and burns gone. What do he got to work with on defense this year
@@theocasey8147 We were never out of more than 2 starters at a time on defense and had actual dogs on defense. We had Luvu and Burns on defense for gods sake. Purely on paper we are drastically worse on defense, only person on our line that can cause any pressure is clowney (before anyone got injured) that says all I need to say.

The defense was clearly not prepared for the Chicago game. That is all on the coaching staff. The defense seems to not know how to tackle. That is on the coaching staff also. The defense has allowed 165 points scored on them, the worst in the league. Again, this is bad coaching. IMO, Evero's job is on the line against the Falcons.

EJ is a good DC. I think the players we sold on D was his biggest mistake but we can bounce back. Can’t blame him for injuries
