I don't understand it seems like everyone who has and elf on the shelf their elf comes on the 1st of December but mine comes on thanksgiving. Also i wish everyone the best Christmas ever!🙏❤

Our elf comes the day after thanksgiving and also I need these ideas lol I live in a trailer and there's no where to hide. My elfs name is Sparkle comment on this post you elfs name and if its a boy or girls

I wanted to get an Elf on the Shelf for my daughter a couple of years ago... when I told her that the Elf would be reporting back to Santa... she took a few minutes to think it over.. and decided to opt out for the Elf! 🤣 I love that your Elfs name is Marshmellow! How cute! I love the hottub! 🤣 And the toilet paper! The grinch! These ideas are too cute!

Question for anyone.. what do you do when your elf is in a spot you need to get to that day? Like the microwave or tub one. Did you just dub that area untouchable that day or did your elf "magically" move out of the way? Idk what to do
Haha that’s a good question. It depends if I really need to use the area the elf is in. If so then He goes back to the north pole a little early and will be back in the morning. So when the kids aren’t looking I move him out of the way and hide him until the next morning and if they ask just say Santa needed him back at the North Pole for the day

Before I found out the truth, my elf would “come” on thanksgiving while we were all eating. When me and my other older cousin found out the truth, during dinner I always excuse myself to “use the bathroom or something” and hide the elf.

When I was little my mom ruined my elf on the shelf by just telling me that it was faking that she moved it when I was really young and so now that my sisters because of the age where she wants to know from the shelf I want to make sure she has the best experience that I didn't have so thank you for the ideas that I'm going to do this year
