This video is a treasure; there are very few that do justice to this magnificent and still underperformed piece. Suwanai blows through it most impressively, my only quibble being the desire to hear a bit more rubato and reflective space in the dazzling cadenza midway through. She is a fabulous player nonetheless and has a thorough grasp of everything the great Szymanowski poured into this concerto. The RTVE orchestra plays wonderfully and Gunter Herbig rides herd throughout a work that poses many challenges to all involved. If you've never heard it, it is a masterpiece. Don't miss it!

諏訪内さんは古典曲より現代曲の方が良いと思います。
シマノフスキーやプロコフィエフ、ベルクなどの曲は２０世紀の古典なので「近代曲」という呼び方の方が適切でしょう。 余り知られていない現代作曲家エトヴェシュの素晴らしい诹访内晶子さんの演奏がありますので、リンクを貼っておきます。
