I am undergoing Neoadjuvant chemo radiation. The affected part of rectum is the last part of Rectum, about 3 inches above Anus. Right now I am treated by the Oncologist at the Army Command Hospital in Pune, but radiation (28 cycles )is from Inlaks & Budhrani Hospital. My doubt is whether Robotic surgery will certaily keep the Rectum in tact without any possibility of Stoma Bag dear Doctor. Your video is highly appreciated being quite informative.. Balakrishnan MK
Sir, I saw your useful video, my father has surgery on December and have temporary stoma beg, we found stage 2 cancer, we have completed 5 chemotherapy, have been planning to reverse stoma beg. Operation we did in Delhi, now question is that, we have been interested in our near by hospital at Barely, up, can we trust on hospital for reversal operation, or shall we go Delhi, at a Delhi, we didn’t got good experience last time. Is reversal operation is complex or surgeon who are good on operation can do reversal in our near by hospitals.
Sir mere husband ko 2nd stage colon cancer hai 15 December 2023 ko surgery Hui h and stoma v laga h or 3.5 months ho age avi v doctor ne 1 month wait karne bola h.....na hi unka stoma hata h or na koi medicine and chemotherapy de re h. Plzzz suggest what should we do????
Dr. My husband has undergone rectal surgery on 15th january.2024. today almost 28 days. But still he feels pain in abdomen. Is it the same pain what he was getting before surgery or may be surgery pain. When he can remove stoma bag and how much does it will cost me
