The colon is the final part of the digestive tract. Colon cancer typically affects older adults though it can happen at any age. Colon cancer is the most commonly found amongst all gastrointestinal cancers. In India, colon cancer is the 3rd most diagnosed cancer. It is diagnosed in male & in women equally.

Most common symptoms of colon cancer are change in bowel habits, blood in stool, unexplained weight loss, bloating, etc. If you are facing any of these symptoms for more than 2 weeks it is considered as a serious symptom & doctors suggest you to undergo some tests to detect the stage & grade of the cancer.

Colonoscopy - It is a painless test that helps us identify the location of the cancer.
Sigmoidoscopy - It is a process in which we can detect a cancer present in the sigmoid region of the colon.
CT Scan - Doctors advise patients to take CT Scan of abdomen & chest.
MRI Scan - Usually, the role of MRI Scan in detection of colon cancer is limited and is widely used in the diagnosis of rectal cancer.
PET Scan - It is a more advanced technique that has a higher accuracy level. PET Scan can identify tumors that are 1 to 1.5 cm small. PET Scan can be done before the surgery or even after the surgery as advised by the doctor.

ऊपर टाइटल डाला कोलन कैंसर और वीडिओ मैं पूरी बात कोलो रेक्टर कैंसर के बारे मे और सारी दवा उसी की बताई। कृपया डॉक्टर साहब केवल कोलन कैंसर के बारे मे एक अलग से वीडियो बना कर पोस्ट करें। क्यो की मैं खुद कोलन कैंसर से विगत 7 माह से पीड़ित हूँ। अगस्त मैं ऑपरेशन करा लिया था उसके बाद दो कीमो लगवा कर बंद कर दिए क्यो की बहुत साइड इफ़ेक्ट हो गए थे। दिसंबर से आयुर्वेदिक इलाज जारी है। कृप्या कोलन कैंसर पर थोड़ी जानकारी पोस्ट कीजिये।

Sir mujhe pet me left side pain hota hai. Kareb 2saal se ab ye dard upar ki side bhi hone lagaa he 1 month se jo gale tak bhi dard pahuch gayaa hai. Sans lene me dikkat or pet Fulaa rehta hai bhokh na k Barabar hai kusc khate hi pet or dard hota hai . Hb kam ho gya hai. Thakan bohat rehti hai kamjori mehsos hoti hai.
