I miss him watched from the beginning I can only guess he didn't stick to his diet if he indeed died of a heart attack Rip Sam😢

    My experience:
I have been borderline diabetic for decades. Two years ago, my doctor finally told me that I was over the maximum sugar numbers so not wanting to end up like my parents who were both type 2 diabetics, I went on a mainly vegetarian diet (no, not all vegetarian), cut out a lot of carbs and lost 40 pounds and 4 inches on my waist. I've been able to maintain it for two years now and that with a very little physical morning and evening workout.
The interesting part is that I have never given up my Twinkies and snacks! I am 73 years old.

I did a lot of change myself…I was 220 pounds when I was 39…I almost had a heart attack at 39….so I wanted to lose 50 pounds…ended up losing 56…and kept on going for the next 8 years…and within the 8 years I’ve lost 143 pounds!! And I’m keeping it off!! I’m now 147 and I feel great!! I’m off some of my meds that I take and that’s a good thing

After considering what happened to him, RIP, watch this video, and watch it often. Every once in a while I think everyone needs a little reminder to keep the course, and avoid all of the sugary temptations that surround us all. What happened after taping this particular day? Did he slip? Was the damage he did irreversible? What could he have done better, if anything?

Genetics have way more to do with a long life than lifestyle. I've seen it way too many times with close friends & family. My motto, at almost 60, is everything in moderation!

Thank you for doing this . I’ve gained 80 lbs in 2 years almost all in my belly which I’ve never gained in my belly before. I’m really scared but when I went to the dr he said to just go on a diet. That gave me no answers or help. Do you guys have someone you could recommend I can go see ?

Great job on taking a charge in your health and diet...however, age gracefully. Allow your hair to grow out in a natural color. In my opinion, most men look terrible with dyed hair.

Did he change his diet too fast? Maybe he should've weaned himself of sugar slowly
